Whataburger is my absolute favorite burger joint! At this location, the food is great, but the lobby can be cleaner. The tables were filthy like they hadnt been wiped down in a while, the highchair was sticky, and the floor had food alll about. I went in the evening at a non-busy time too. Please improve the cleanliness so that I can give you five stars instead of four!

It was dificult for both of us to understand each other I can deal with that what I cant deal with having my ranch half open and half empty something like that only happens when they try to spite you and it was done out of the box because its not like there was ranch all over. then when I tried calling the GM I was redirected to some Jacksonville pharmacy

I went through the drive thru and ordered a patty melt with no onions. I received a patty melt with extra onions. I parked and went inside to the dirty lobby. I told the cashier my order was wrong and she immediately told the cook tonmakenus another one and apologized. Points for that. But negative for getting a simple order wrong and having a dirty lobby.

Fast service. Clean. Never a problem. Employees nice. Many times Im still filling my soft drink cup and havent even sat down when my order is ready. I enjoy the atmosphere. I especially like the large windows that I can look out and enjoy the day while I eat.

The food was good, but today the staff was exceptional. They were all friendly and helpful, very pleasant something that is is hard to find at many fast food restaurants. Thats what has earned you 5 stars today. Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

Great service. Very well managed store. We had breakfast here. All the employees were busy doing something to maintain a clean environment. I even saw one guy detailing a high-chair!! Wow!.....I never see that at other places.

For the last couple of times Ive been there I ask them to give me a number 1 , plane and dry with cheese and the cooks obviously dont understand what that means because they always put mustard and everything else on it.
