We went inside about 15 minutes after they opened. We never ate at an Illegal Burger before. The customer service was awesome. The man was very kind, helped us decide on a burger to order. They have very unique burgers to order from. Mine had cream cheese, fried jalapeños, fried onion crunchies. (Sorry no picture) Sounds weird, but it was delicious! The restaurant was very clean! The employee even came by to check on us and take our burger baskets. Once again, he was very nice. This place has a setting of a Five Guys or Smashburger. Most employees dont come check on you or clean up your table. If I lived around one of these chains, I would go again.

Very Very Poor service at the Evergreen location. Anyone that ordered a beverage other than a soft drink was lucky to get it before they had finished there food. I ate my burger & fries and then walked up and told the order taker that if my shake wasnt made I wanted a refund, but I was informed it was made and they would get it. My shake was more a strawberry milk than a shake since it had time to melt. The food was good but the overall experience and food wasnt worth the $20 for a burger, fries, shake considering the poor service. HANDS DOWN EVERGREEN.

On my Google search it shows on 7/2/16 that Illegal Burger closes at 10. My husband and I walked through the doors at the Evergreen Illegal Burger location at 9:10 pm. After a bit a worker came out of kitchen to say they closed at 9. I told him that it said in my search that they closed at 10. He argued that hour is only for Denver. I checked again and right now for Evergreen it says "closing soon" (at 10). I checked on the website it only lists Arvada as closing earlier. Were done with this place!

My daughter and I came into the illegal burger in Evergreen the counter attendant seemed annoyed because she was eating lunch then when I heard of a chocolate shake she sighed like I was doing something wrong. When the order was done she sat down at the bar and started eating her lunch put her phone on speaker phone and called her bank so we all got to listen and wait with her the most unprofessional service Ive ever witnessed

We love Illegal Burger. After camping, we make the stop before heading back into Denver. Havent tried the downtown location yet, but always love Evergreen location! Thank you for your awesome food & service. I tell everyone I meet about Illegal Burger. :)

Outstanding. Our favorite burger joint in Evergreen. Quick and casual, kid friendly. All natural hamburger is delicious. Be sure to try it on the pretzel bun with thin cut French fries. Good beer and liquor selection well. We love Illegal Burger!

Im reluctantly giving a 2 star review, but only because food was good. Service was terrible. 30 minute wait for a simple burger, and they got my order wrong. Didnt have another 30 minutes to wait for them to correct it.

Great burgers! The brioche buns are the perfect balance between not being too dense and not falling apart as you eat. Fries are extra but you get plenty and they are crispy. Ill be back if Im in the area
