Minus 3 stars, this place is not organized, they had two kids taking the orders one of them a girl who looked like she was probably 16 years old took my order. I ordered beef and broccoli and sweet and sour pork with fried rice. After she wrote down my order, she did nothing but spacing out behind the counter for about 2 minutes so I had to ask her if she would let me know when my order would be ready and she kinda reacted and said ah oh yeah, so I sat down and waited for about 30 minutes, after that another girl asked me if she could have my order again because girl #1 never took my order to the kitchen so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order I wanted to leave but my food was already paid for, so when they finally have my order they tell me that one of my orders comes with steamed rice because they ran out of fried rice...... Oh but they said that they would give me an extra portion of rice this where I put that one star in my review for this restaurant for being so generous, not recommended at all.

I buy lunch for me and my employees here all the time. Been eating here for years. The owner is a very nice lady and is always very attentive. This place has the best chow mein in town, Im not kidding. However, If youre looking for healthy offerings, you cant beat the chicken and broccoli with steamed white rice. Whenever my mom comes into town from California, I order the chow mein with extra shrimp. She absolutely loves it. Hmm...Im actually getting hungry leaving this review, think Im going to give them a call and get it delivered.

Ive been coming to pick up from this place 3 yrs already. I like the orange chicken and beef n broccoli. But Ive notice through the yrs they change the portions and quality of the food. Some veggies taste old now. Shes mean to all her waitresses thats why she always has new girls. And always hiring. She also over charged me 10$ When I told her she acted like I was lying. I even told her she can check her cameras.but Im not sure if she wanted to rip me off and knew or was embarrassed.

Dont order online. I showed up one hour after placing my order figuring that should be plenty of time. The employee behind the counter had the deer in the headlights look as he fumbled through his phone trying find my order. Only after he figured out how to work the thing and about 5 minutes later did he take my order to the cook in the back. Total time from placing my order to having the food iin my hand? 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Unfriendly people we ordered in we wanted sesame chicken and they gave us orange chicken when calling back they would answer the phone and say hello instead, of saying Gourment 88, we didnt get an apology and when the guy brought back our order he gave us orange chicken AGAIN! Where is the manager? NEVER going to eat here again very disappointed! Its a shame we just moved here and wanted to find a friendly chinese place.

Food is getting worse every time. This place was the place to go about 2 years ago but i think their chef is always changing and each chef cooks way differently. You will get super spicy Mongolian beef one day, then burnt dry ones the next day. Inconsistency in taste and they charge $5(?) for delivery. Ordered from this place ever since I moved here years ago but now starting to look elsewhere.

First time try. Sweet and sour pork and Honey crispy chicken were a bit old. (if you put fired food for a long time in the air, you will know what im talking about) Deliver was fast enough (takes about 30mins) Food.....um.... Ill not order Again! I read 9 good reviews here... and get this. My final decision is that if I want to eat O.K food ill spend more time to search.

This place was great a while back..not sure if new management or what happened but service is horrible, the food portions got smaller...and whoever they use to answer the phone doesnt really seem in tune with customer frustration or handling customer situations. Dont deal with the hassle of getting the wrong order or missing items and then dealing with lousy employees.

The food tastes okay for delivery, but they seem to really skimp out on the meat on some meals. I ordered mongolian beef, it took over an hour for delivery because the driver had the wrong address, and there were only a few pieces of beef. It was mostly scallions. The meat was lacking in my pork lo mein, as well. Still tastes good, though.

One of best Chinese restaurants in El Paso, the food is always fresh and flavored to my liking, my only complaint is the girl who answers the phone can be rude and she always state they cant deliver to my address because its too far, then I have to remind her that Ive gotten a deliver from them over 10 times already to this address...

To the Cashier: instead of you worrying about brown gravy/Brown sauce, u should have been worrying about excellent customer service. We buy ur food that pays ur salary. The rice was nasty and tasted nothing like, old management. #newmgtmtsuck #newricesucks Hire a Asian to cook Chinese rice not a Hispanic. No racist punt intended!!!

Today is 3/28/2017 It was horrible... the service and the food. We usually went for the kimchi fried rice and the Asian lady was always there, there was some younger kids and a different cook. They were horrible at service we had to get up and get our own drinks and the food was disgusting never going there again.
