Went there on a Saturday night around 11pm and the lady gets on the speaker and said we cant sell you anything from the grill. I asked why she said because we close at 12am and we shut the grill down at 11:15pm. I asked what can we get and she said anything fried. You should not be open until midnight at a burger joint if you cant make a burger with 45 minute left that you are open. I thought you are suppose to service up til closing time and clean the grill on closing time. Also we just ended up ordering drinks and it took 30 minutes to get them. The drinks were simple a Dr. Pepper with vanilla flavoring which was flat and a slush that was the wrong size. It seems as though everytime you go to this location the service sucks and your order is wrong not once but two or three times in one visit. Sonic on Main you must do better, come on your on skates and take 30 minutes to get 2 drinks.

The food is delicious, but the last one that I went to, some of the young people played around some, delaying the napkins that I asked for to be brought out. The 2 girls inside had locked the door, preventing the young lady helping me from getting back inside. They each came to the door at separate times pretending not to see her trying to get in. She continued to knock for a good minute or more. I witnessed it all. Even after she got in, it was a good while before someone bought me napkins. I had never had that happen before. I will still continue to go to Sonic though, as my family has for many years! Your food and drinks are the best!

The food is always cold and customer service is terrible.They dont listen to your order they take their time at the carhop then they rush you when your placing a order.It takes them takes forever to bring your order out when they bring out your order the food is not fresh or hot.The staff are always playing while preparing your food.I hate my for my burger and food items being precooked and the corner dogs I purchased was not cooked properly there was batter in my corndog.They are always getting your order wrong.Dont waste your money.

Update your website! It is December 28th, 11 pm the website says our Duncanville Sonic closes at midnight, well... we were turned away because they "Are closed." Now its 11:16 and spending our money up Wheatland at the Dallas Sonic that is open for business. Very interesting. Cant spend our money in town if you dont follow the business hours posted! If read reviews youll see this is a regular thing here.

Ive been at this location twice in the past few months. The first time was a perfect visit. My food was hot and the service was awesome, so much so I called the corporate just to let them know how great of an experience. The second visit, there was a bit of a wait. However, the manager sent my order out, no payment necessary!!

Bad experience a few months ago and had not been again until now. It was like night and day. Just left around 2:24pm. Excellent service!! No long wait time to put in order. Food was out quickly and at was fresh plus hot even after making it home. I will start to frequent this location again.

Man this sonic sucks! It use to be one of the best ones when I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s... I just dont know what happened.. the slushes never have enough flavor, always taste like water and the food is always cold! At least Dairy Queen is still doing great on this street..

Worse service ever and i only ordered a frozen lemonade got home started drinking it and notice their was a toe nail or finger nail of some sort inside my drink i vomit immediately and try calling them and got no-one but Im sueing them still grossed out ...please check all your drinks

Never go there at night. Order is always wrong and when I reported to "manager"(who looked like a teen himself) he apologized, but when he went back in I noticed him laughing with the other workers. This location sucks!!

Pushed the button several times and never had anyone take our order. Others around us were hollering hello over and over. This location has gone downhill. Big disappointment since its close to our hpuse.

They are slow, some times their speakers are broken and youll sit at there drive in slot for 10 minutes before you realize it.. or theyll put you on hold and never get back to you.

Food is okay, mostly fried foods. Drinks are the best especially with the small crunchy ice. Happy hour is between 2 and 4 pm everyday and you can get most drinks 1/2 price.
