The shittiest olive garden around. The service was horrible. Let me tell you about my visit there with my girlfriend. We get there and there is a wait. Totally fine. Its a Saturday night. We wait, get seated and wait for our waiter. Time passes by and I dont want to be one of those people who start complaining so I wait patiently. The hostess passes by while seating people that by the 4th time she notices we dont have anything on the table. She apologized and asked if the waiter had came by. We told her no and she apologized again and brought us our drinks. So then the waiter comes by laughing and asks if we are ready to order. Didnt say his name or anything. We asked about the never ending pasta bowl and he left and brought a menu. He dropped it off on the table and walked off laughing at some other waiters. As well he was laughing at a table next to us who a guy was proposing to his now fiance. That is pretty rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional considering the table is less 5 feet away and can see him or hear him. We looked at the menu decided what we wanted to get and wait again. We wait 10 minutes and our waiter doesnt come back. We could see a bunch of waiters hanging around a service station talking and laughing. We were getting annoyed and were about to leave, but another waitress saw us and came to ask if our waiter had stopped by to get our order. We told her no and she sighed as if he does it regularly. She took our order and came back later with our salad. We start eating it and then our waiter appears asking if we are ok. We are so he leaves. 15 minutes later our food arrives with the waitress. We eat our food and wait for the waiter again. A different waitress notices us waiting without food so she asks if someone has taken our reorder. We say no and she takes our order. Then some other waitress brings our food and our real waiter comes by and asks if we are ok. By that point we just wanted to leave. He brings us the check and its completely wrong. He said it was ok since he charged something else that was cheaper which was wrong. He was charging us $5 more. We were just annoyed so we got up and went to the front to ask the manager if he could fix it. He does and bring the machine to us so we can pay. Let me tell you I swiped my card, put 0 as the tip and told the manager nicely he should have a talk with his waiter about the horrible service he gave. Right when I was about to do the survey he clicks the X button so fast it closed my ticket. He just apologized and told us to have a good night. Simply horrible. I understand if its busy and you have to many tables to give excellent service, but he was just playing around and clearly didnt care. Please do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else.

I eat here regularly. The food is decent but the service is hit or miss. Today I was eating across the street and noticed the handicapped spaces were taken except for one. A woman in a green Expedition parks in it and walks inside. A minute later a white sedan pulls up in front of the place and a kid gets out, opens his trunk and pulls behind to assemble a wheelchair. It takes about 5 minutes to do so, and get who I assume is his grandfather in to it. It seems in the last few years Ive noticed an increase in people who dont have any obvious issue walking parking in handicapped parking spaces. I wish I could give the benefit of a doubt to all if them, but it would mean accepting that somehow we have this epidemic of people who seem to walk just fine, but are just handicapped enough that their doctors have said to them, "Its just to dangerous for you to walk the extra 30 feet in order to stuff yourself with fettuccini & endless salad and bread sticks" . As a kid, the worst insult my grandmother could give you was "sinvergüenza", it means shameless. It meant that you were such a despicable person, you did bad things with no shame. This was worse than any explicit curse word she could use. It meant that you dropped from being a person with class, manners and dignity to one with no honor. You were less than a person and only slightly better than a trained animal. Now, was the woman in the green Expedition really handicapped? I cant prove it one way or another, but "sinvergüenza" did cross my mind.

Just finished a meal there a few minutes ago (6/25/2016 at 4pm), and now back home. We had to leave our dinner mostly uneaten because of the people at the table next to us. 2 employees, including our waiter, were hanging out at this table where they were loud, swearing, and stopping the rest of the wait staff to flirt and get "hugs." The two employees were playing with the hair of one of the people dining at this table while they all tried to talk over each other. Yes, playing with hair and then handling my food. My dining companion went to the manager on duty and NOTHING was done about them. The wait staff knew we- and EVERYONE near us- were not pleased with their loud, obnoxious, and semi-vulgar behavior. While I do not, myself, have children, if I did, and they were exposed to the kinds of loud things that were coming from this table, I do believe there would have been an incident. We eat there a couple of times a month, but this will be the last time. Well be taking our business farther north where people act like theyve been out of the hood once in a while.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at The Olive Garden. When I arrived the parking lot was clean and free on trash/debris. As I entered I was properly greeted. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was super clean and had a fresh smell. Then I was seated and from there it gets better! My server came to the table and gave me a warm and friendly greeting. She was very helpful with menu choices/suggestions and through out the entire dining experience she was extremely attentive to my needs. My food came out fast and was hot and fresh. I had the create your own pasta with Angel Hair, Asiago Alfredo Sauce, Italian Sausage, & Grilled Chicken. Oh and I added bacon which gave it WOW factor! It was incredible! My servers name was Shakila pronounced (Shah-kee-la) so do not hesitate to ask for her to have the same incredible experience. Shakilas customer service was nothing less than exemplary!

Well, the service is okay to good depending on the time of day and day of the week. Yes, they can seat you fairly quickly...for good reasons. If you want your order correct then this place is NOT for you. However, if you do not care if you get the gnocchi with the Chicken and Gnocchi soup then, by all means, dine here because you if you order that soup all they will bring you is the Cream of Chicken soup. You might get lucky and get served one gnocchi or 2. Sadly, this is not the only thing they scimp on. I have been to this location countless times and it just gets worse. Might just be the last time. Try another Olive Garden? Good luck.
