These people are rude as hell! I drove up to the window waiting to give my money to the cashier, she never acknowledged me nor did she open the window to retrieve my money as I sat there in the car waiting minutes at a time. I then went to the second window to retrieve my food and the gentleman that handed my food was very rude. He did not speak he didnt ask if I needed anything else he just threw my food out the window and that was it . I then contacted the corporate office to get answers and no one ever tried to contact me.

I Love Jack even on a tight budget! I had 3 orders* meat and cheese only tacos. Why were only four tacos fresh like I wouldnt notice? Anyways they fixed it once I explained I need that CRUNCH !

As much as I work out I always fall victim to a bbq bacon burger occasionally. I asked for no lettuce or tomato but they did throw in a extra jack Jr so I couldnt be too mad.
