I just ordered pizza from Mr. Jims, because I had a slice at my sisters house in Desoto, TX, and it was delicious! The lady that took my order (General Manager) was very sweet and eager to help. I told her I didnt want tomato sauce, she asked me if I wanted white sauce or Ranch sauce. I told her I wanted white sauce (not knowing what it was called). After finding out from my sister that it was ranch I called to change my order to ranch sauce. Well apparently they are the same, and my order was changed instead to tomato sauce :( I called back to find out why I got tomato sauce (which I clearly didnt want) on my pizza and she completely changed. I got cursed out! WOW... REALLY?!?! Thank you for being unprofessional and losing me as a customer. Way to set an example for your employees Ms. GM!!!! This place is a joke!!!

Wont come to the hotel Im at 4.5 miles away... No reason why, just hangs up after telling me, Im here in hotel because Im passing through! Oh well your loss, Ill make damn sure I NEVER call yall again when Im in town!

Says they close at 9:30 pm. I called to place an order at 9:10 pm and was told theyre not taking anymore orders. So why not say you close at 9 pm then? If I knew that I wouldve called before 9. Doesnt make sense.

They messed up my order and wouldnt remake it on a day that was convenient for me to return. "Sorry, we dont do credits." Ive been here often but dont plan on returning for a long while.
