The worst Chipotle location ever! I was waiting for a good while before the cashier finally decided to come to the register after going to the back and coming out a couple of times without explanation. By then, there were a couple of people waiting on the side to ask for extras and yet they still get help before I do. Then he decided to change the till and yet Im still waiting to be rung with now a line behind me. Finally he rang me up and didnt bag my to go order until I asked him to. Then he told me that my card didnt go through even though he gave me the receipt, and I pulled up my bank app which showed the charge pending and I told him that I wouldnt mind paying cash but my account shows a pending balance now. The customer behind me kindly offered to pay for my food, but I refused. I felt like that she thought the reason I was waiting for so long to be checked out was because I couldnt pay or maybe she felt bad for me. Either way, I should not have to wait for that long for him to ring me up without so much as an apology. This location is closer to me compared to the one in McArthur and I normally go to the one in McArthur for their better service, but I was in rush this time. Big mistake!!!

So today I went into the chipotle across the street from Irving mall and Ive gotta say my experience was surprisingly good. I used to come to this location daily, sometimes twice a day because I really love the food but a few months ago I stopped coming due to a horrible experience I had with my family during dinner. So I decided to give this one another shot and it was truly a breath of fresh air. The place was clean the food looked appealing and the teams energy was great! I saw some new faces on the line and the back area so I asked the girl with glasses who was cleaning up the tables of the manager was in because I had to give them the compliment. She told her name was Carmina and she was the new General Manager at that location since January. I let her know that it looks way better. Anyways Im not sending this comment for free food or anything I just really wanted to let you guys know that the turnaround here is noticeable and you have gained a loyal customer back!

Racist server. Let me just say that I am disgusted with what I just experienced at this location. My co worker and I were in line waiting to be helped. There was three black guys in front of us being helped. The server/burrito maker/bowl maker etc was also a black man. When he was helping the three black gentlemen, he made sure he gave them big portions. When my co worker and I walked up, he was skimpy with the portions. It was extremely obvious and i find it that we have to experience this type of racism and discrimination at a place where people come to enjoy their lunch. My other co worker walked in about 10 minutes later and said the same thing mentioning that the server had given the black lady in front of him big portions. This is unnaceptable and hope someone from their management team or corporate office reads this. Never again will I spend my money here.

I usually visit this location since it is close to home. The service I would say is pretty average to below average at times. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat and being a vegan I like that Chipotle has tasty and nutritional options for me, but on my recent visit I ordered my usually to go which is a sofritas bowl with everything except for meat, cheese and sour cream. When I left and proceeded to eat my food I found two pieces of meat in my bowl. I was upset cause I had already eaten some of the bowl before I noticed. I would hope to see that careful attention be paid when preparing the food in the future. I will think twice before returning to this particular location.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have received in my ENTIRE LIFE. These people arent even qualified to mop floors let alone speak to people. First the girl that was supposed to be making food sat there flirting with boy in front of us. Then I ordered a $7.00 cheese quesadilla and was never once asked if I wanted anything added to it like chicken or salsa or anything else that typically goes with a quesadilla. Then the icing on the cake was when the girl at the register specifically asked me what I ordered, proceeded to enter in the wrong food and then cursed at me as if I was the problem. I will NEVER go back to this location again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I usually LOVE chipotle! At this location I had a terrible experience while eating with my husband this weekend. First the staff was extremely unprofessional and had an attitude making our food. The young man making my bowl actually rolled his eyes at me and whispered to another employee when I asked for corn when the container was empty. Both my husband and I meat was cold and EVERY SINGLE table in the restaurant was left dirty. Even after the line was empty no one even attempted to clean a table. Floor had trash left. VERY unsanitary setting. I will never go to this location again. Its actually runied chipotle for me.

I have eatin at the Chipotle several and times and it has never been as good as other Chipotles. Parking is horrible and today after waiting for the disorganized staff to finally take my order, they were out of guacamole???? Really???? It was 11:30 am and you are already out of guacamole? I decided to wait on it..... What a mistake! After I got home, not only were the chips stale, but the guacamole that I waited 15 minites for was nothing but smashed up avocados.... Nothing else was in it!!! Plus, my chicken bowl was horrible...What a waste of money . Im done with this Chipotle.!!!

I went here today, about 45 minutes ago. The portions they gave were so small. I had to ask the server for more lettuce after she put a small pinch of lettuce on my bowl. I also had to ask for more sour cream. And for the corn, I was gonna ask for more but she looked very annoyed so I didnt ask. For the chicken, it was also a small portion but I didnt want to ask bc I didnt want them to end up charging me extra. It seemed as if they were giving small portions bc they didnt want to switch the containers or something. They seemed like they hated working there.

I love chipotle but they really need to hire better people or at least MORE people...this chipotle is always so dirty.... the people making the bowl always look like they are in a bad mood... i went and they had to get my rice beans and chicken from the back and he brought me my bowl... idk what he is doing to my bowl.... then there was no lemons, no chipotle sauce , no sweet tea , and no power aide... i love chipotle but seriously this is the worst one I have ever been too
