Macro Med delivers amazing and delicious meals. Absolutely reliable -- extraordinary quality at reasonable prices. This service has changed my life. Its like having a private gourmet vegetarian chef and a nutritionist taking care of your meals... I have the healthy and delicious food that I prefer to eat and I now no longer have to spend all the time going to the market and preparing food (that in the end wasnt always as good as theirs is). There is really nice variety in their menu options and you can either let them put together a weeks worth of food or pick and choose exactly what youd like. I save money by using their service and I now have ready-made meals to take to work and to eat when I come home after a long day. My energy levels are up, I feel better and I have more time when I leave the shopping and cooking to them. For those who cant afford a high quality vegetarian chef on staff at home, this is the next best thing. Brooke

Macro-Mediterranean has provided us with wholesome, healthy meals since it began in early 2009. We love the convenience and the cost is much less than our usual grocery and eating-out budget. They offer an extraordinary variety of foods and flavors. Their service also has inspired us to cook similar meals for ourselves when we have time. Over the first few months I lost about 20 pounds and have drifted downward since then another 5 pounds without any calorie counting or portion control. Whats more, my medical lab values have gone from the high end of normal to the low end. I had passed my first and only kidney stone prior to starting Macro-Mediterranean and have not had any recurrence which I attribute to my diet. I have never felt better or healthier! Thank you Macro-Mediterranean for helping me make a significant positive change in my health and happiness.

I have been using Marco Meds home delivery service on and off for about 2.5 years. I can say this, they are friendly and helpful and the food is pretty good too. I am picky about what I eat, certain things just dont agree with me and the staff at Macro Med were patient and understanding, helping me to order things I would really enjoy. Their soups are my favorite. It is such a relief with a full time job to have ready prepared healthy meals. I take their food into lunch about 3 to 4 times a week. It saves money and keeps me healthy. Thank you Macro Med!

Healthy, delicious, convenient, affordable-- I highly recommend Macro Mediterranean to anyone who wants to live in a healthy and balanced way. I had been learning about the benefits of plant-based eating through books, films and talks. It was perfect timing for me to get the support I needed to take this new awareness to the next level by realizing that I could live off and be energized by mostly plant based diet. The meals were yummy, inspiring and deeply nourishing.
