This review is primarily concerning Alex, the General Manager. Feel free to sculpt your Chipotle location decision based on what happened in front of me yesterday. (PS: Alex, if youre reading this, I hope you are done throwing your temper tantrums) This is the email I sent to Chipotle: " I placed an online order yesterday and promptly picked it up at the scheduled time, 4:45. I was appalled at the GM and his tantrum that he seemed to be having. After the lovely young lady that was helping me check out found my food, the GM, Alex (as he said his name was), THREW my food onto the counter and raised his voice at the young lady. She apologized to me for him throwing a fit. First of all, there should be no reason that an employee should have to apologize to a customer for their GENERAL MANAGER, after acting like a child in front of a customer, and who should have better manners and people skills. Second, Im very upset that the GM, of all people, was throwing around my food in front of me. I do not tolerate that type of service. Period. I also waited till I could have a moment with Alex and I told him that he should treat his employees better, all of this being said in front of the nice young lady that helped me pick up my food. I sincerely hope that someone addresses this altercation and educates Alex on how any restaurant should be run. There is no excuse for anyone, including management, to act that way and especially treat their employees with disrespect when there was no reason for it. Please, do not hesitate to contact me for more information on my visit yesterday. You may also use my information to verify that I placed and picked up that order yesterday." The ONLY reason I didnt give one star is because the food tasted like it always does and the young woman helping me was very polite and accommodating.

Pricing seems a little high (especially for the guacamole!), but the food is definitely good. My only complaint is that online orders arent readily available when you pick them up at the scheduled time. Not a deal breaker, but I would really love to be able to order my food for 1:45 PM pickup and actually be able to grab-and-go when I arrive at 1:45. As it is now, you walk in, say youre there for a pickup, and then your ticket gets handed down the line and your food is made. It still saves time, and I would recommend it either way, but it would be much better if your food was ready to go — especially if Ive already paid online.

This is usually one of my favorite places to eat but my experience on Monday 12/8/13 was horrible. The people behind the counter couldnt quit goofing off and acting ridiculous long enough to make my tacos, which were made out of order and not the way I wanted at all. Even the cashier seemed spaced out and had to ask me what my order consisted of 3 times before getting it right (4 barbacoa tacos). It just seemed like a bunch of spaced out children working there to be honest and unfortunately I have no desire to go back to that particular Chipotle for a very long time.

Im rating on the food. The last time I went to a Chipotle it was in 2010 in Plano I believe, and I ordered Quesadillas. They were greasy and digusting, and I let one of my guy friends have them cause I was gonna trash it. However, I have been able to try Chipotle again in 2014 two different times from this place. My boss ordered, and I have had the Buritto, and the Burrito Bowl. Freaking declicious!! I havent been inside this place yet, or any other Chipotle since 2010, but Im glad I gave it another try. Those two items are good for sure! :)

For this Chipotle restaurant to be stationed in a college town, right behind UNTs campus the employees sure do act like people wont show up at 9:30pm. There have been many times where myself and a number of people that I know have came to this Chipotle during the evening hours and had gotten to the front of the line to only be informed that they are out of guac, cheese, rice AND chicken.... I think thats extremely unacceptable and something should clearly be done about this issue because it is extremely disappointing to many customers.

Service is always slow no matter what time of day you go. Plus, its right by campus so its often flooded with students who cant make up their mind how much rice they want. And the best part, youll probably get behind girls who you think are ordering just one, but theyre actually ordering a list of highly specific orders for their sorority sisters. So one girl in line is essentially 5, and it takes the same amount of time. Just go to another Chipotle if you have the time.

The line can get long but theyre usually pretty good at keeping it moving. Since its close to UNT, there are a lot of students which explains the complaints about the cost. This isnt McDonalds where you can get a combo for $5. Chipotle is worth paying $7 or $8 for some quality food thats made fresh in store! Ive never had any issues with service; they may not all be smiling and upbeat but theyre never rude and always are on task.

Food is amazing! BUT gauc is over priced! Place an online order but is never ready when you get there. The one on fry and hickory in Denton, Tx is the worst about serving people in line first before filling you online order even if its past due. They also are very Greedi when it come to the rice.....

They should really put a warning sign on the door of the restaurant, or maybe the menu. I was not aware that this food would make my butt hole burn like fire. I have been popping for an hour now and I dont think it is letting up any time soon. Thanks Chipotle.

I consider Chipotle the healthiest fast food! This branch has friendly staff, they would smile, and talk to you nicely! The only problem is it gets really really crowded if there is an event going on in UNT, but still the wait is not as long as it looks!

This Chipotle is in a very convenient location close to UNT campus. The service is always very fast. Sometimes, the rice is a little hard, but usually it tastes great. The store is usually clean. The music is nice to listen to.

Veggies are constantly cold and brown, and the portions given for meat are lacking. Also, my burrito was cold and tasted like everything just came out of the refrigerator. Would recommend trying another location or restaurant.

Service has been great, and the Staff is polite every time. Good for groups or just yourself, there is a small table along the left side of the restaurant right by the window that has an outlet right by it.

Good employees. Mostly college students, so they are patient with the rush of college students that come in during the semester. Have never had an issue with them running out of food or anything like that.

Do not eat here if you want a decent portion of meat. I asked for a chicken bowl and got a salad three peices of chicken. Save your self some anger and drive to one of the other chipotle in Denton
