The food was terrible, which was a surprise because it was crowded when we got there. (It was also on a list of recommended restaurants that was given to us.) The chicken in the Enchilada was dry & difficult to eat, and almost everything lacked flavor. The Queso was weirdly lumpy and not smooth flowing like normal Queso. A few of us needed Tums after eating there. We also feel we were over charged when our ticket was rung up. We remembered the prices listed on the menu, but they dont put the food prices on the ticket, so you have to just trust that the person ringing you up is being honest. We feel like we paid double what we thought we should have paid.

We have always enjoyed the breakfast there and lunches sometimes when in town. Today the food was as usual; good. The service was lousy today. You would think you were non-existant the way they ignored our party of four. Avoid the table that is back by the bathroom entrance. That must be their unclaimed employee dining area that we chose to sit in since they were packed when we got there. I will go back, but I will certainly chose a different location to sit in. So I would do 4 stars today for the food today and since I am really documenting the service today just 2 stars.

Me & the family went & ate here lastnight only because Los Camales was closed! It was good..but its hard not to compare everyones mexican food to Los Camales! The chicken enchiladas were really good! They have really good shredded chicken! & the Surpreme nachos were good too! But its kind of hard 2 mess up nachos! I liked them because the chips were thicker! They didnt use the same chips they serve with the salsa! The chip actually held up the meat & fixings on it! The lettuce, Tomatos, & guac was fresh too! Its not my first choice but it was good.

Waiters were nice, the place is kind of small but it still is a productive kinda get it done restaurant that gets me my food fairly quickly. Most of the meals my family and I ordered turned out good, with a few being a little off, like the enchiladas being a little too watered down. They did run oit of rice but we were the last family of the day so i feel I should forgive them for that. But, overall the food was good and will likely come back here.

Worst service ever our waitress took our order and didnt not return and when she did finally return only because I requested her she matter of factly stated we needed to wait because they were backed up. I dont know what the food tasted like because after waiting for a hour and some I walked out. I gave it 1 star because the one cup of coffee that I did have tasted good.

Dirty, fly infested. Paint falling off the wall. The service was extremely poor. We had to continue asking for someone to find our waitress. The a/c vents where dripping water on our table. The staff seemed to be having a party at one end of the restaurant. I have been to several jalisco restaurants. I will never come back to this one

Food is good when you eventually get it. My family and I sat down and werent asked what we wanted to eat for almost 40 minutes. And who knew you needed to ask for ranchero sauce when you order huevos rancheros. You have to wait 20 minutes for your waitress to come back though to ask.

This is one of our favorite local taco shops. They can get a little overwhelmed so you have to have some patience. They HANDS DOWN have the best breakfast tacos in town but you may want to try out some of the other taco shops for lunch and dinner. All around great place to eat.

Been there three times and lousy service each time. Food was not prepared as ordered. Twice the cups and forks were dirty. Worst decaf coffee Ive ever had and that includes instant. I think the only reason this place is rated fairly well is due to snowbirds low standards.

Mediocre fajitas, no marinade at all, just cooked meat. Way too much dark meat in the chicken. Salsa and chips good. Shrimp fajitas were nicely seasoned. All in all, nothing special here, certainly not worth driving more than a mile or two to eat at.

Everybody goes here sometime or another. Good food, low prices, fair service. A local favorite. Crowded at breakfast and lunch most every day..really replaced Los Amigos (long closed) several years ago as THE mexican food place in town.

Salsa was cold. My beef stew was good and hot. Meat had a lot of fat. Place was run down ceiling tile was very dirty. They had no tolite paper in lady room. Wont go back. Meal was cheap. So I did get what I pay for.

A dang good breakfast. My chicharon and machacado tacos were exactly what I wanted. Tortillas were great. Huevos rancheros were ranked in top third of lifetime huevos rancheros by an experienced hr consumer.

Visitor from Austin here. I grew up in the valley and all over South Texas, needless to say I know good Mexican food when I taste it. Try their home made corn torts and barbocoa. Also the chilequeles.

The chips were rancid, the ranchero beans were more like straight up beans. I asked for guacamole and chips only got a mashed up avocado no flavor at all!!!! Will never be back big let down.

Good food for the price. This place is always crowded in the mornings. I always get the fajita and eggs with hashbrowns and beans with 2 homemade corn tortillas. Cant beat thegg price e.

GREAT Breakfast Tacos!! Grabbed a quick bite to eat had one pancake and two bacon/egg/cheese tacos... I am stuffed. Picking up a few tacos to go now for tomorrow morning!!
