There are many things to like about Cheesecake Factory in general and this location holds to that tradition for the most part. My biggest quibble with this location is the frustrating parking situation. I understand this is not necessarily the restaurants fault but it is still worth mentioning. The restaurant has to share parking with other businesses and none of it is convenient. I had to park in another lot and there is no connecting walkway so me and my coworker had to take a long walk in the street in the heat and we were both wearing tall high heels. Frustrating! As always, the decor and food are fantastic. Huge menu and decent prices. Clean restrooms. They seemed to be understaffed and I cant imagine how they could ever have enough waitstaff to actually handle the huge seating capacity. Service was slow but our waitress was really nice and doing her best. The restaurant was not very busy so I was confused by the slow service. The meal was great as always. Needless to say, with the slow service, my coworker and I were late getting back to the office. One lesson learned: Change into flats the next time I come here and put my heels back on at the office!

Im giving 2 stars because our food was good and some of staff was super nice. However, this does not include our waiter. Im sure this could be a 4 star review if one of the other staff members was our server. However, since they were not, we ended up having a terrible experience. It was my mother in laws birthday the other day, so we took her here. Our house is basically in between this location and the North Park one so we decided to switch it up and go here. BIG MISTAKE! Our waiter forgot everything from the simplest thing (bring lemons for our water, despite being asked twice) to gathering a few staffers to sing Happy Birthday. Now, I know they still do it because we heard them sing to no less than 4 other tables that night! What did we get? Our waiter just decided that bringing the cheesecake with "happy birthday" written on the plate was enough. We ended up just singing to her as a family. Lame. Its the little things that make an experience great and we did not have those. If you can, just go to the North Park location. Highly disappointed because we love going to Watters Creek.

I would gave 4 stars if I havent been tried to buy cakes over counter tonight. Now I will choose zero if google review has the option. There were two staff always face inside at the front bakery and the cashier stepped out soon after I tried to approach the order place. I have waited for a while until caught a girl accidentally face to outside and asked if I could buy cakes here, and the answer was wait until the cashier came back. Once the cashier came back, she quickly chatted with other staff and then moved to another and another... I was about to give up, but my three little ones insisted in having cakes there. So I waited for a long time until another cashier came in, and then one of staff quickly cut in front of me and blocked whole order place and started to chat with her. Okay, I got it. I have to say they did pretty well. And I looked around there were five or six staff all happily mingling each other. I had to drag my kids out of the restaurant and really didnt know how to explain to them.

Hadnt been to a Cheesecake Factory in a while but daughter chose this for her birthday dinner. The tables were a lot closer together than I remember, almost like, no private conversation, and the server is right in your face when theyre working the next table. Maybe thats why our server reached across the table to serve everyone instead of walking to the other side, which I think would have been nicer. Food was good, but not as good as I remember. We ordered 3 different pastas and wife ordered fish tacos. I liked my pasta dish, and daughter liked hers. Wife didnt think mine or sons pastas tasted very Italian. The taco plate was only ok, nothing special and not much better than you can get at a cheaper taco place. Overall, pretty good, but not amazing. The variety of dishes is probably what keeps different people happy, but Im thinking maybe they would be better if they focused more on fewer types of dishes.

#CheesecakeFactory just blocked me from posting on social media the following message: Cheesecake Factory Allen, TX I am absolutely disappointed with your "1st come 1st serve" policy. I am planning a surprise Birthday party for a family member with 50 guests. I was courteous to call ahead & not just show up on a weekend with 50 people. The restaurant hostess REFUSED to accommodate me and my guests by allowing me to make a reservation. She was very insistent and repeated your ridiculous policy on the weekend. I have booked my event elsewhere and will be purchasing cake from a bakery instead. The 2 minute conversation with your employee had me so disgusted I didnt bother with a manager. I will be posting on all social media avenues the unpleasant interaction I had with your company. I will post what a wonderful experience I had with this other restaurant. -Cheesed in Texas

I was told the wait time would be 10 minutes, and it was. I deducted one star because the two times we received the complementary bread, it was not warm and fresh. In fact, it was hard and chewy. Additionally, as a side appetizer, I ordered onion rings, and they were saturated with oil to the point I had to inform the waiter. The supervisor gladly removed it from the table and my bill. I also felt the silverware could have been cleaner. I marked 4 stars because my service was excellent, the food came fairly quickly, and everything, except the onion rings were excellent. I especially liked their garlic mashed potato side and the vegetarian garlic noodles main dish made with extra red pepper spice. Of the two desserts I ordered, I found the blueberry cheesecake to be significantly more flavorful than the red velvet cheesecake, but both were very good.

Too busy at the counter and the cashier at the counter named Faith does not even bother to honor the people who are standing in que. When approached to her she did not even bother to admit her mistake but started giving her attitude. She thought that shes the busiest person on this planet. The manager was called and when asked again in front of manager she was not apologetic not respectful. She had the same attitude in front of the manager and the manager was like she was the only help hes got and did not respond a single percent. Worst customer service. It felt like Im at a street side taco restaurant. Not even a single star but have no choice below that. AVOID....

I not fan of Cheesecake Factory, but sometime we are going for diner or lunch. That was one of the days when we went for lunch/diner in “happy hour” time. It was nice day, we decided take a sit on patio, but host said: “in Happy hours we can sit only close to the bar even with 6 years old girl. I asked manager “He is on meeting” was her replica, asked any managers or supervisor. All was on the meeting, was it try???? I disappointed with this service. We step out to “Brio Tuscan Grill” Italian restaurant and got sit on patio. Nice atmosphere, food and service in that restaurant. If anybody ask me go to “Cheesecake Factory” I’ll think hard before go.
