First of all I would like to mention , I was a real fan of this place visiting every other weekend. This was our go to place for last 1 year. In our last visit, we went for late lunch at 2pm. After we were seated, we found out there are quite a good amount of flies all over the restaurant. We switched places, ordered food, and along with the food came the flies. They were trying to sit on our food & we were almost fighting a battle to keep them away/ Then we gave up fighting with the flies. We called the waiter and said, this is very unhygienic and we cant have our food like this. They apologized but didnt even offer to change our food once. Instead compensated us by taking $2.90 out of our bill which was around $30. We felt disgusted by the behavior and promised not to return again to this place ever again. We recommended this restaurant to tonnes of our friends, but we also shared the behavior we faced and they are not going here again. We came back home ,disgusted, wrote a complain in their website since we felt there is tremendous amount of training issue with the servers, and there was no response. We will never ever go back here again.

Worst service. If you order to go and change your mind you cant eat here. Manager VAN cant give out the owners info. We had our 5 and 2 year old, sleeping in our hands. It was cold. We didnt eat breakfast or lunch yet. We decided to just sit and eat dinner instead of driving back to Irving. They have no sympathy. Very rude. He advised its company policy. Okay,I understand. However only 3 tables were being used. The entire restaurant was empty. We could have easily ate our soup and left. I would have tipped him great. But instead they choose to be rude, created a whole scene, than blamed me for being rude to his employee who couldnt speak clearly. Customers since day one....no more! Sad day for noodle wave, there are many more places to go eat. We were loyal. No more. Understand one thing...you have business because of the people. Dont be rude. No people. No business. Hope you can understand and respect this observation.

Our whole family went and it was a disaster. We order hella food for the four of us ( mom, me, dad, baby sis) and they gave us a two person table. We were fine with it until we couldnt move anything around then the lady ( out waiter) started to roast us for not doing any thing. my dad asked her to add another table then she started to cook. Oh boy she thought she was a chef or something tryna fire our family up but my dad stopped her from making a scene. He was about to stick her too id let him to she was giving all of us hella attitude. It ruined the whole vibe smh. This all happened at around 7:30 pm on March 9th 2016. These guys should stick to serving and not flaming. She lucky i didnt get on that or else i woulda ended her career smh.

Today we visited noodle wave in richardson. We ordered 2 fried rice ,a starter n a dessert.Food was very very greasy. So we left the food and asked for a check, paid n walked out. After we walked out the girl who served us came out shouting saying are you not giving the tip.We were not intersted in giving tip as food is very very greasy. She started arguing and using bad words like assholes, bunch of assholes,n asked us not to come back to the restaurent again. She calmed herself when we said we will call cops.We would have given her tip she had asked with respect but instead she is shouting on us.I dont think customers should be treated like this..I hope the restaurent will take care of her..

I like the food very much so this is my regular spot for Thai food. The last 3 times i was there, it was Horrible Horrible service. The first time it was super busy (they even forgot to bring me soup or fill up my water), but i give it the benefit of the doubt and come back. Big mistake, they try to rush us to order, took forever for the food to come out and never see the waiter again. We have to go ask for our ticket so we can leave because they just wont check on us. Automatically adding tips on a table of 5? Overall disappointed ! Will not be back for a long long time.

Really good Thai Food. It isnt the most authentic Ive had, but it definitely is delicious. Good for veg and non-vegetarians. Service is great, very accommodating to any special requests (as far as the food is concerned..in case you dont want any particular ingredient in the dish). Their noodles are quite good. Their deserts are what you would find in most Thai places, however they take the effort to plate out the dish very well. Efforts are appreciated. Prices are fair. Easy to park. Place gets packed on weekends.

Literally the worst customer service ever. period. We had the worst experience at noodle wave. We used to come here once every month in the past but have not been back after the incident that took place recently. They definitely need to do a better job at CUSTOMER SERVICE because the customer is always right, no matter what. They have the most unprofessional, rude and unmannerly staff working there. Its a shame because that place actually has potential if it had better employees. Never going there thats for sure.

Everything is just how to put it, consistently delicious. The hot pot soup is incredible. The potstickers are perfect. The flavors in the spicy curry dishes are so good. I can honestly say that I have never had a "meh" dish here. Its BYOB as well. The bad. They are usually very crowded. The place is pretty small and its very popular, sooo, you can expect to wait awhile. I wish they would move to a larger place and keep the same decor and atmosphere. Overall its one of my top 5 favorite restaurants in DFW.

I am a new found lover. I have been frequenting this place for about a few months. It has the best Thai/Asian food around. If you love or like chinese this is the place. Not greasy, or heavy like chinese but with better quality and flavorful you love. I recommend the shrimp blanket and combination fried rice. I get it with no egg or tomatoes and add bean sprouts. Very quaint ambiance and depending who you get the service is ehh but great food and wonderful prices that your wallet can afford

Ive gone here for years and overall Ive loved it. The portions are generous and quality very good. Recently though, they have become vegetarian un-friendly. There is fish sauce in all curries and it cannot be removed. One time at the Richardson location I got chicken mixed in with the tofu, and another time in Mckinney I was given purely chicken instead of the tofu I ordered. They are not conscious at all of vegetarian cooking anymore, other than that theyre a good choice.

I like the noodle wave in garland. I took my family recently to Richardson location. Serving was poor. Tight gap between tables. I need to ask for all the items i supposed to get. Example lunch combo they supposed to serve with the soup ,until i ask them they are not serving. If you are first-time customer you may feel that thats all you are gonna get it ( you have to ask them ). I like the one at garland. I never visit Richardson location again. It was a bad experience.
