This establishment should not be operating. Period. My experience was ridiculous, unprofessional, and unacceptable. All i wanted was orange chicken with chicken fried rice. Simple. The woman at the counter was rude and assumed I couldnt afford to pay the extra charge for chicken fried rice. So she took my order, and gave me what she felt like giving me. Never mentioned that i wont be receiving what i specifically asked for and paid $13 for. After waiting 18 minutes for my food i left, drove home, and had to go all the way back when i found plain Rice instead of what i asked for in the bag. She had no remorse, no eagerness to simply correct the mistake, reimburse me, NOTHING. In so many words, she basically said eat that Rice or buy some more. $8. These people are unfit to run a business centered around customer service, and nobody in there cares about health codes. The mediocre food is NOT worth the disrespect or the prices.

Walk into this place as soon as I walked into the place they were roaches crawling up the wall the reason that I went to this place is because I ordered food over the phone and had it delivered and it came to me overcooked tasting funny as in if it was spoiled there were curtains dividing the kitchen from the cash register area where you can see dirt and lint like it has been built up for years if I was homeless and living on the street and somebody told me that I had to eat at this place to live or I will die I will choose to die The absolute worst service you could ever expect the worst food you can ever eat save your money and eat elsewhere theres a place called Skillman wok right around the corner is authentic is not frozen and is cooked from scratch

Been ordering from them for over a decade, so Im sorry to say that they suddenly dont know the first thing about customer service (must be a management change, based on all the other bad reviews). They used to offer coupons on their menus for 5 free fried wontons when you order $15 of food (before tax, delivery fee, ect...). They recently upped that minimum amount to $20. Ok, fine, I get it, prices go up. BUT, the menu I have says the coupon (for $15) is good until 06-30-16, and today is 05-11-16, and they refused to take it. Sorry, but if you issue a coupon at one price thats good through a certain date, ITS GOOD THROUGH THAT DATE. I will be patronizing other establishments for my Chinese take-out from now on.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They have messed up 1 order one prior time, gave them a 2nd chance they totally messed it up trying to charge $20 for $10 worth of food, then the delivery drive was so rude. I was on the phone with the person who took my order to figure out how much we actually owed, and the driver came up and said you need to hurry up I have to go. I handed him the phone and told him to get with his boss but I wasnt giving paying for things I didnt order. They continued to be rude. We put everything back in the bag, and the driver wanted to yell at me about where his plastic bag was....ummm I dunno, where is my food. Wont ever order from here again!!!

I love my asian food. I was looking forward to this meal as it was my cheat day. The food was very,very bland you could tell just by looking at it then the taste solidified it. I had combo lo mien. I also got some California rolls which was not like the ones that comes from an Japanese restaurant, the rice was gummy, it was just wrong. I only ate one. The young lady that took my order was nice so thats why it rcvd a 1 star. I will not order from here again nor will i recommend anyone to this location. Honestly The Chicken and Rice joint has better food. Thanks for reading my review hopes thia helps everyone including the cook.

I cannot tell how much I love this restaurant, when I lived closer to them 5 months ago I worried what I would fine in my area of town and it was horrible, just horrible. As it turns out I am not as far as one would think to Uncle Wok. They operate a friendly, smart, clean and flexible restaurant, with a clever and excellent chefs with very reasonable prices. Couldnt tell you about the food itself because mine never came. Im appalled by the rude response I got from whatever half wits handle the phones. I was told my order was taking longer than an hour because they made a mistake, so I asked to cancel it. Chump hung up on me! I called back and some girl says not to worry that they arent stealing from me, and if Ive ever returned anything it will take 5-7 business days. Really!?!? Little twirps. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning.

I stopped in to get some Chow Mein for lunch. I dont know what they think Chow Mein is but what they gave me was some boiled chicken pieces mixed with vegetables with rice on the side. Super bland and most importantly NOT CHOW MEIN. Thats not all though. I specifically asked if they had included plasticware before I left and was assured that it was in the bag. I got to where I was going and guess what no plasticware. I will not be eating here again.

The food is good here but the driver i came across yesterday smh.. HORRIBLE SERVICE dude in white van is rude.. He was pissed i didnt vive him a tip. I had no cash on hand. He made a comment about not having cash and that they keep up wit people that dont tip.. I am afraid to buy from there now due to food being spit in or whatever... He is not a great person to have work for them. Ive heard many complaints about the guy and seen it for myself..

Ive been ordering from these guys for the past year,or more..I Cnt say anything bad about it..Idk who takes the order over the phone, but she always makes me laugh, knws my order already, and always, but one time got it wrong Ive never been to the location, but hope to one day,my food always comes hott, and fast..its always (beef fried- rice,extra egg and they do add extra,with three eggroles.., and extra condiments.always have leftovers (:

Got cement piece from food !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a garlic shrimp and jalapeno chicken.The chicken was under cooked.From the garlic shrimp i I got a cement piece.When I called there to complain about that , the girl who received the call was very rude and she yelled at me saying they dont prepare food using cement. PLS DONT TRY FOOD FROM THIS.I LOVE CHINESE BUT THIS IS THE WORST I EVER HAD .

Since this restaurant makes Asian food and Im Asian, I have to say: I will not order food from them unless something happens and I have to stay home for days to work on it. I could get much better yet cheaper stir fries(fresh and tastes great) to eat with rice from the Chinese supermarket in Richardson. Not to mention their staff are rude and impatient every time I call(unless you tip them extremely well).
