Disappointed beyond belief. I called the restaurant lady at 6:00 pm on saturday April 30, 2011 asking for a delivery. I called the restaurant again back at 7:30pm asking where my delivery is, no pick up. I called back at 8:20 and complain, a lady tells me "its okay, its okay you take free" so the food came at 8:40pm. I told the delivery guy that a lady who answer the phone said it was okay, that i will take it for free. He said okay, and left. To my suprise, the guy came back and said that my food was not free. He came back at 8:50pm. I am about 5 minutes away from these guys. Why do they take about 2 hours and 40 something minutes to deliver, and came back within 5 mins just to take their food back? I thought the lady said it was free. Food was nasty, it was all cold and soggy by the time it got 2 me. This place deserve no star nor my money, but for a heart. 1/2 star. Listen to fuzzylogistic, dont waste your money here!!!! no matter what the rating is.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. We set up an order online to be delievered by 1145. At 1230 I decided to call to see where my food was. The owner (which i confirmed with him on the phone thats whom he was) told me that they never recieved my order and that he would have it to me in 15 minutes. GREAT! Well 45 minutes passes again so i call to see where the order is. He tells me that its on its way. (May i add i am one street over from this facility) I called again 15 minutes later to have him hang up on me and tell me if we dont pay for the food he will bring my food back to him and we will be out of luck. Not once did i say i would not pay him even though he deserved to not be paid. I have never had someone be so rude to me for a mistake his company made. Food was cold. thank you James. You are a gem.

This is a GREAT restaurant for authentic chinese food. If you do come here, dont get the standard American-ized Chinese food dishes (General Tsos Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, etc.). I will admit, they dont taste that great here. However, if you are anyone who likes authentic chinese food, then you will love this place. I come here all the time to get my favorite dish, Mala Chicken (a very hot/spicy, sichuan style chicken dish). It is the best Ive ever had. They also have Mala Fish if you like seafood. Aside from this, my next favorite is the Tofu folder dish. Overall, if you get anything OTHER than standard americanized type of dishes (like egg drop soup, or general tsos or wontons), then you may be impressed with the great taste and quality this place has to offer.

I am a Chinese food lover and just moved into the area. Tried several nearby ones and found the one. It serves authentic Northeast China dishes. Some of good dishes are "Veggie Triple", "Steaming Fish Fillet", "Wok Pal Pork". I like to eat there not just for the good tastes. The restaurant is located in a Mall never short of parking space and it has cool inside decor.also. You could see cookers cooking through glass window. The open of the kitchen shows the confidence of the owner of restaurant. Normally, A kitchen of restaurants could not been seen. . By the way, I have ordered food from "New China Grille" either online or by phone, food were delivered fresh and always within reasonable time. I lived over 10 blocks away form the restaurant.

uuggh..where do I even begin with this place? The food was bland, at times even stale. As soon as you walk up to the buffet, you see sayings on it such as "Eat to live do not live to eat" I dont know if it is just me but those are not things I would want my customers thinking about at an "all you can eat buffet". I for one did not enjoy it. Another dislike was when I went to get a salad and I noticed the bottle of ranch dressing with the lid off set there for all customers to use! Lastly, the music which was too loud for the atmosphere and purpose it was serving. Dinner music should be heard in the background, not blaring in ones ear!

Do not order or go by this place!!!! Ordered from Grubhub and my order was incomplete. While on the phone with Grubhub, I notice that everything in the order is incorrect. The restaurant gave the poor girl hell for a mistake they did. The owner came to my house to pick up the food that at this time wanted refunded and the owner was rude and disrespectful stating that I got the refund I was going to get ($2.10 for 2 egg rolls and a missing egg drop soup). Got in his truck and left me talking. No, he took the whole order back, refund the whole meal! Do not even considere eatting from a restaurant that does not care about customers.

I was a regular costumer before but one day the waitress said we have to give $2 tip per person (even though we gave her the tip we wanted already) and I asked her that its the costumers choice weather to give tip or not, but we still have her the tip she wanted because they were nice to us before and the food was good. One day I went there for takeout I had order chicken with rice, I got my food but when I was halfway through, I saw a dead cockroach!!! I even have a picture of it but I cant upload here

Ok. The reviews were 100% accurate. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Chinese Food Buffet. We arrived just after 1:00 pm. The food was primarily a cold, congealed, greasy mess. Even though people were still arriving they did not replenish any of the food. My companion had to ask for Won-Tons for her soup. It was just broth. Luke warm gross broth. In fact the best thing I tried were the almond cookies. They were pre-packaged and looked safe. What a YUCH experience....

I order through #Ubereats and the quality is the best takeout Ive ever had. I am obsessed with their Hot and Sour Soup. Their sweet and sour chicken is always cooked perfectly and the sauce for it doesnt taste like corn syrup garbage instead it tastes heavenly like its homemade. The food doesnt taste like normal greasy chinese food that you get at other places. Please give this a try and I highly recommend ordering through Ubereats. Want $10 off your first order? The food is mediocre at best. I am greatly disappointed. It is incredibly bland. Additionally, many standard preparations of dishes are ignored. For instance, the kung pao comes sans peanuts, and in a sauce which is not spicy. The only spiciness comes form the red peppers in the dish. The lo mein noodle is actually a chow mein noodle. There are far better chinese restaurants in the area. Dont waste your money here. I wish I hadnt.

All you guys with great reviews about this terrible restaurant are so wrong. Please try some real tasty, fresh, quality & economical buffet like Golden Moon chinese restaurant in Frisco Texas or Great wall buffet Plano. The food was stale, tasteless & there were not even 40 items incl desserts & salads as they claimed on their website. Save your money!! Dont go there... And the waiters ask for their tip to your face.
