Tonight I ordered combination fried rice extra spicy and an extra egg roll. Once I got home with my order and sat down to eat the fried rice was mushy, the center of the dish was clumpy and ice cold. There were exact 4 pieces of shrimp, beef and chicken in the entire container. I called back to the restaurant to advise them and the man I spoke to tells me that their rice is always fresh, he doesnt know what else to tell me nor what I want him to do about the food. Hello, you could have offered to remake the dish for us tonight or suggest the next time we come in you will replace the dish. But, that never happened. As much, as we spend at this place and this is the type of attitude they have, there is NOTHING else they can ever do for us. We will never spend money at this place again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away as well.

I had placed my order online 5 minutes before my hour lunch at 12:55PM and it took these people more than an hour to deliver it to me at work. I had tried more than 10xs to call the business # to cancel the order and they never answered. This place is less than 5 miles from where I work. I would of picked my order up but it was raining and wasnt feeling well today. When the guy arrived, I advised him that I no longer wanted the order. I am in the process now on how I can get my refund since the guy told me I would have to contact the 3 party I made payment through. (which is the only way to pay online through them to purchase food.)

Amazing!! Owner delivers personally to my teenage son if drivers are busy (the quality of food here is his favorite) .. They are wonderful people and all 4 of us are always happy with quality of food and service!! They are customer service oriented and crowd pleasers for this hectic family of 4! I will give good or bad rating based on the facts not emotion.. these folks havent disappointed us..no company is perfect and we have yet to have an issue, but i imagine they would make it right of we did.; LOL we have not been paid for this ad, in spirit pres campaign amidst

Service was horrible. Placed 4 different orders at my job with coworkers. Driver was upset when he arrived. Very bad attitude. Later into going to lunch to eat our food every meal was horrible under and over cooked food. Shrimp fried rice only had 4 pieces of shrimp. Beef lo mein had under cook beef, no sauce on partial sautéed onions, noodles over cooked and stuck together. Egg rolls where not fried completely. After calling to inform the place I was greeted by only attitudes and no remorse or compensation for this issues.

Worst Chinese Food I have ever tasted. I ordered the food online and paid for it on line. I ordered Orange Chicken and shrimp Fried Rice. When it arrived I could tell immediately that the sauce on the Orange Chicken was some fake sauce that did not taste anything remotely close to Orange Chicken so I threw it away after two bites and attempted to eat the rice but it was soo dry it was not even good. I DO NOT plan to ever eat there again and urge anyone wanting to tr a new place to go somewhere else.

Wow! Great food. Fast delivery. Portion sizes on noodles and fried rice are huge enough for 3-4 people. Everything was fresh and hot. Egg rolls were also really good and tasted fresh made. Won ton soup was great as well......I wish I could put a second review. Today 8/6/16 we ordered again from here. It was wonderful! Cashew shrimp, hot and sour soup, spicy garlic shrimp, fried shrimp, egg rolls, white rice. All fantastic and fresh. Definitely a go to place for ordering in.

The man who delivers the food is awful..such a rude man bangs on your door doesnt say hi but expects a tip..and then acted like he would not give me my order because he didnt get tipped and said it is american culture that does that..never have i had such a bad experience and never again will i get food from here

Never again... Chicken was cold... I wish the soda they brought me was as cold as the chicken... I called for a refund lady hung up on me. Never had dry chicken like this before. I usually like my brocolli cooked but apparently I was going to try something raw this time. Just fyi. Dont order!

This place is amazing. Ive ordered for delivery several times, and it always arrives in less than 20 minutes. Theres a wide variety of food on the menu, and they give you plenty. The prices arent so bad, and the food is great. The staff is always great and friendly as well!

I wish i could not even give an star the food was so bland , i order shrimp fried rice i only got 4 pieces of shrimp and a bunch of sticky rice , when i called to advise them of the food they assured me there was 9 pieces shrimp they counted! i will not be ordering again

Gave it a try 3x And not recommending it at all.. Fried rice is too smushy Broccoli and beef-beef taste wierd Lo mein- noodles are very much overcooked... and they look white even tho the portions are big,not much meat is added... Very much disliking it.....

It was awful I called and it took them forever to answer, the man sounded so dull and boring, and then at the end he said we dont deliver there and hung up right Infront of me speaking horrible service. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

this food was disgusting. the sesame chicken was soft, not crispy. the noodles were slimy and exceptionally oily. and when I asked for a refund, they refused. the food was terrible and the customer service is worse. STAY AWAY

Very critical thinking before you order. Dry food. Used to be a good customer but service from driver is horrible rude and complaining. 2 hours before food was cold.
