We went to Top Golf for the first time last night, we wanted to take my brother out one more time before he goes out to sea, as he is a marine. When we got there they told us the wait was 2 hours long in order for us to play, but I wasnt worried about the wait because I figured we could eat at there bar and drink while we waited. After finding a table in there patio area we waited at least 15 minutes and not one server came to us, but they continued to serve the tables around us, Keep in mind there is only 8 tables if that on this patio. So I went to the bar to see if I could get a menu and after we decided what we wanted to eat I went back to the bar to order. I sat there for a good 5 minutes and the bartenders never even looked at me, and the next thing I knew a server looked at me and said "can you move I need to be standing right there" I looked at her in confusion because I am a customer and I wanted to spend money there. So I said " well I wanted to order some food and drinks" she looked at me said " I dont care you need to move" at this point I was pretty angry so I went back to the table and told my boyfriend and brother about it, let me tell you they were not too happy that had happened. So my boyfriend went back and finally ordered. When we got our food and beer we were eating and enjoying people watching but we were one plate short so my brother looked over to the waitress and asked her if she could please bring him a plate. She came back with it and basically threw it at him, we brushed it off and the next thing we knew this guy who worked there came up to us very rudely and said "Im going to have to see some i.ds" well we had already ordered our beer with our I.ds and received a promotional sample of a margarita with our i.ds so we didnt know why he was doing this, but my boyfriend knew exactly what was up. He wanted to give us a hard time because we had to ask for everything, get our own water, fetch our own silverware, everything. While we were pulling our i,ds out my boyfriend explained how unhappy we were and what had previously taken place, but he didnt seem concerned and never said any apologies. Unfortunately two hours earlier we already spent over a hundred dollars between the three of us on games that are non-refundable, so we had to stick around and play. The game was lots of fun but that was the extent of the experience.

We were there just a little after 7pm. We were told that it was gonna be a 2 hour and 45 minute wait for a bay. So to kill time, we walked outside by the seating area where the the fire pits are. Nothing was lit. Not even the heaters. So we walked over to the mini golf course and decided to play. The course is cool. It has 3 Different 18 hole courses. It was at night so heres my complaint. The whole course was poorly lit!!! A lot of the lights were off!!! We had to use the flashlights on our phones to light up most of the holes!!!! There were beer bottles left all over the place!! They should have someone making rounds picking up trash! At the end, of one the courses was a pile of putters thrown into the landscaping. After playing for 2 and a half hours, I went to check on how much much we had to wait. The guy looked and said, "mmmm, looks like an hour, hour and a half longer." How would he know if he never asked my name?!?! We couldve gone to a closer Top Golf but the mini golf and batting cages seemed like it would be cool. Never again will I make that drive. And we shouldve just gone to the Stars game instead. By the way, I never got a text to let me know that our bay was ready......... I hope the new Fort Worth location is not like the Dallas one.

This was single-handedly the worst experience Ive had in Dallas we got to the place and we realize that it was a two hour wait. During those two hours we decided to go to the batting cages. After we paid for the batting cages we realized that there were no bats for us to bat with. So we waited 20 minutes for bats. We finally got the bats then we waited another 10 minutes for a cage (Only half of the cages were even working). After spending a few hours at the batting cages, we finally got the text that we could play golf. No one told us that our group of three all needed cards in order to play. So we ended up playing under the one person that had a card resulting in 0 conpetition between our group because there was no way to track the competition. On top of this awful start to the game not one of us knew how to play the game. We spent the next 50 minutes trying to hit the guy that was driving the cart picking up the balls because no one knew how to play the actual game. We all ordered sprites but because they didnt come in the 50 minutes we were there we decided to just leave. I would strongly not recommend going to top golf in Dallas, awful experience

**BEWARE OF ROACHES** Went to this establishment on 7/23 to play golf with some friends. While eating at the bar someone in the group noticed a ROACH crawling on the bar near our food and drinks. The bartender picked up a napkin and squashed the bug on the bar in front of us. A manager later came out and said he would "comp" our bill for the entire night because of the unpleasant situation. I along with more than one other person was charged not once but TWICE (one for the tab at the bar and another time for the tab while playing golf). I called Top Golf and spoke with David Rogers (a manager) who was rude, unaccommodating and not very customer friendly. Instead of taking care of the situation as I was told would happen he stated he would only cover ONE tab. Needless to say I am not happy because 1. Our group was told the entire bill would be covered that night, 2. Others in the group had the same experience (being charged twice) and when they reported situation to Top Golf it was resolved and ALL charges were removed. I certainly going back to Top Golf after this HORRIBLE experience.

Top Golf is a fun experience no doubt. However, we always have a bad taste in our mouth from both the staff behind the counters when you check in, to the waiters outside. Its a great concept to be able to eat & drink right behind your tee, but when the waiter takes more than 10 minutes to greet you, nor asks for you refills when your beer is almost empty, to not picking up the food plates when youre finished eating and having to place them aside yourself, to having to ask for your tab yourself because every time the waiter walks by, doesnt simply make eye contact and ask if we need anything... This place would be a gold mine if they could get the customer service and staff up to par. The staff behind the counter also does not offer much explanation to what they are charging you for. When my fiancee was asking why he had to pay $8 for a new card (since he lost his) as opposed to the $5 a new card would cost, the attendee snapped back, "Its just the way it is and your name is in the system so theres nothing we can do about it." No smile. Nothing.
