So, weve been an every couple weeks pick up order customer since they opened. My order is the same almost every time we order. House sampler no onion rings and substitute extra nachos in place of the rings (they get WAY too soggy by the time you get them home). The person taking my order usually has to ask the manager if they are able to do the substitution but every time the answer is YES. Well, tonight that all changed. After years of the YES, tonight it was NO. So I asked to talk with the manager myself. After a short time on hold the manager (Ryan) answered and when I asked him why I was getting a NO now after years of the YES to my order request he gave me some BS excuse that it was throwing their inventory off and there would be no way to account for more nachos and no rings. He also said that he was the one that OKd it last week when we ordered the same thing! He said they had a meeting and it had been decided that there would no longer be substitutions at all due to the inventory issue. I was upset about his stance on the matter but we needed to eat so I ordered and also had to order a FULL order of nachos as well since we couldnt get the extra in place of the rings. $8 and some change for that order of nachos. Whatever, I ordered anyways. I get there to pick up the food and they are missing some sides of marinara for the cheese sticks! What the heck! So here is the real kicker. I get the food home and open it up and what do I see? The house sampler with no onion rings and extra nachos!!! I was just told by the manager that they would not do the substitution so I ordered the extra $8 of nachos!! I guess I wont be getting an apology or my $8 back anytime soon. Especially now that I am going to avoid BWW Moorhead at all costs. "The customer is always right" even when they are wrong. Cardinal rule when a manager deals with customers. I guess the general manager Ryan has a thing or two to learn or his managerial days may be short lived. Cant be rude and feed people a line of BS and think they will keep coming back. Loyalty is what keeps businesses in business. Oh, I hope your forgetting our marinara doesnt mess up your inventory...

Like the sports atmosphere and entertainment aspect. Poor service from waitress and bar tender. Was there 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday poor service in addition to the three of us were being rushed the entire time by server from when we first sat down so she could close our tabs, get tipped and leave. Ordered the cheese curds and there was a pathetic amount of them especially for $7. Food isnt anything special wont be go back to that Buffalo Wild Wings again.

We got seated then told we had to move. Ive spent my life as a chef I dont want to look at a kitchen so I asked to move somewhere where I could have a talk with my Cousin. All the people around us who ordered after us got their food before us I ordered what I thought was a medium portion turned out to be a platter. They werent as hot temperature wise as should have been. I cant think of going back for a long time

The place was nearly empty and we were there over an an hour before we got our food. When we got our food we had no silverware, napkins, or sauces and had to wait again. The menu at the table said it was happy hour all day on Mondays, but we were told when we tried to order (30 mins after we arrived) that although its not stated on the menu, the happy hour food is not available till 3. Ill never go back.

The Thai Curry wings were delicious, and my server was great. I came here during the McGregor Mayweather fight, and there was a sign advertising happy hour from 9-12, so I ordered a beer. I was then told around 9:10 that they were no longer doing happy hour, even though I was looking directly at the lit sign behind the bar. Wasnt a fan of that part.

I dont dislike the food its the staff, every time Im there it makes me feel like a burden to bug them since they have to work. When we arrive we wait at LEAST 5-8 min before anyone comes to the table. I am usually in a group of 3-5 people at lunch when hardly anyone is at bdubs. Food at bdubs has always been good! Thats why I now order take out.

Was here for the Mayweather-McGregor fight, they had a sign that promised a happy hour special but they ended up scrapping it and ended up paying full price for a beer I was told would have the discount. Not the servers fault though, she was fast and polite, food was good.

Service at bdubs Moorhead is terrible. Weve been coming here for three years after softball, and have waited for 45 mins for a beer and wings. Not sure what they are in business for. They start mopping floors at 10:30 nice plan when customers are still in the store.

This place just cant get it right. The service is slow and Ive never had a second order of the all-you-can-eat wings that tasted good. Theyre chewy. Also, they charge for blue cheese dressing. The time before was awful too. Not going back anymore

Food is fine. We where seated and then waited 10 minutes before we stopped a passing waitress to ask if we could get something to drink. She said shed get us wait staff. Another 10 minutes went by... Long story short... Bad staff.

Slow slow slow service. Food came cold. First visit I thought it was because they were understaffed and there was a full house. Second time we came lots of staff around alot of empty tables. Still a super long wait for our food.

Ive been here about 6-7 times, and the wings are always barely covered in sauce and sometimes have literally no sauce. I will not be going back ever again, unless it is to buy the sauce in a bottle and make my own wings.

Ive been to this location multiple times and have had a positive experience each time! Once, my food was prepared wrong so I had an extra wait time, but the waitress handled the situation pleasantly.

Energetic atmosphere with a TV almost everywhere you look! Always get great service here and love the wide variety of sauce choices. I would recommend onion rings as an appetizer or the pretzels!

Ordered 4 hamburgers. All of them were overcooked and burnt on the outside. There was nothing special about them. I would suggest sticking with the wings!
