A bit of a surprise with this place. We stopped in for dinner after a visit to Craft & Growler. We got the queso for an appetizer. Delicious in flavor though a bit runny. Definitely recommended. I got the chicken fried steak and garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was good but the gravy on top was the shining star. It was creamy and had great flavor. The mashed potatoes were a bit disappointing, despite the texture being on point. I didnt taste any garlic and it required a decent amount of salt and pepper. Once I got some on there and added some of the gravy, they were tasty as well. I feel like $9.50 would be a better price point for this plate instead of $11.50. The wife got the black bean burger and fries. The burger was alright. The patty had a bit of liquid smoke and bbq flavor; not bad. Probably would be better at around a $7.50 price point. The best part of her (and my) meal were the fries. Dont know what they do but the fries are perfect. A light crispiness on the outside and soft fluffiness on the inside. The seasoning is on point as well to where they dont require ketchup but tastes great with some if you so desire. They kind of remind me of curly fries just done way better. An added bonus is 50% food on Wednesdays from 5-11! Was a nice surprise when we got our check. I definitely recommend giving the place a try. They deliver appetizers to Craft & Growler next door as well!

We went here to grab an app and a drink before the Wicked show at Music Hall Fair Park. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The atmosphere was an industrial look and it didnt smell of smoke. The drinks are well poured and priced reasonably. They even had a "Wicked" menu with specials on it for the show. The bartenders were super cool and had a ton of bar games they kept pulling out for us to fiddle and play with. This is the PERFECT place to stop in before a show or anytime really. Its 350ft (thats right, I google mapped it) from the front of the Music Hall. My only critique is I wish they had a few healthier options on the menu. I cant do fried food. So maybe a hummus or chicken satay app or even a black bean burger added to the menu. Other than that, this place ruled!

This place literally sucks. Here now waited 10 mins for the bartender to come over, he claimed "oh thought the other bartender got you" . Next a friend Im with, has to ask 3 times for another round, and the bartender LITERALLY stands in front of him and continues to stare out the window as if no one is there. Needless to say we left. Legal wise: pretty sure they dont have a liquor license selling drinks out of 750 ml bottles. It takes a lot for me to write a review. Oh yeah...F Shauns bday

Glad to see some new life breathed into this location. The surrounding area is becoming increasingly popular, and this establishment could be the start of a new era. Expo bar offers reasonably priced delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy karaoke, DJ nights, and live music. (Not to mention great drinks with even better friends!) A must-see if you havent yet checked it out.

Good local spot to grab some beer and watch the game. Doesnt get crowded which is nice. Good bar food, I really like the garlic mashed potatoes. Only have a few taps, but they have a good selection of bottled/canned beer. I can always find a beer I like. A few times Ive tried to go they were closed for private events, which was a bummer.

Appetizers to die for. We normally order the appetizers only. If we do get an entree we have found its better to go the vegetarian route as its brings out the last flavor. Their vegetarian egg rolls and spicy tuna and Philly rolls are amazing. Those braised Korean short ribs are mouthwatering and delicious.

Had a birthday party at Expo Bar and the staff was WONDERFUL! They reserved booths for us, called to confirm the week before and the day of, and had balloons and signs for the birthday girl. Great experience at Expo Bar!

Cool bar. The karaoke Guy is funny. Good host. He does do smoke breaks if not a lot of singers. If looking for continuous non stop karaoke, Barbaras Pavillion at 325 Centre Street Oak Cliff Dallas TX is a great place.

Best food in the area hands down! AhhhmaIng customer service. Took my mom this weekend, she loved her Caesar salad and I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. And the cherry lemonade is the ishhhh.
