I have eaten at this establishment twice before today and had no issues with customer service. The food isnt the best, a little too greasy, but it was good enough to eat. However, today when called, I spoke with the most rude woman who put me on hold for over 4 minutes to take someones order then walked away while the phone was ringing and I was still on "hold". When she finally came back I told her I was the person she put on hold and I would like to order. She said she was too busy and to order online then set the phone down (did not hang up). I heard her answer the ringing phone and take an order just after she told me she could not take my delivery order. I hung up and called back. The phone was ringing again when she answered my call, she put me on hold, took that calls order then came back to me. I ordered the same thing I have ordered the last two times, chicken fried rice. NOW she tells me I have to order more because $6 is not enough for delivery. I told her that it had been delivered twice before and I thought she was being very rude to me. I told her I would not be using her establishment again and hung up on her. RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD IS NOT VERY GOOD

By far the worst food I have ever eaten. Their idea of beef is small strands of what appeared to be old shoe leather and the chicken was half fat and half terrible. The rice I was so unfortunate to have actually eaten was nothing short of a disgrace to all that is Chinese food. After choking down what I could, I used the remainder to ward off bears and coyotes. I should have listened to the warnings that had been listed on here prior to my order, but the desire for Chinese delivery was too strong. Please do not make the same mistake I did and look elsewhere for your dining needs. I would not feed this mess to my worst enemy and feel that as a whole the Chinese food industry has been set back 200 years. Thanks for reading.

Unfortunately, I had to give one star to post this review. I ordered a dish that said it was sauteed. Funny me, I assumed that didnt mean battered, burnt and fried in lard until the breading sloughed off like skin on an 8 day old carcass in the sun, but I digress. So, I moved onto the soup. The top 1 inch of the container was nothing but grease. It looked something akin to vomiting into a lava lamp. Needless to say I made a peanut butter sandwich for dinner and hope that I can find a homeless person on the way to work tomorrow to re-gift this Asian delight. This has to be single- handedly the worst food that has ever graced a styrofoam container.

Possibly some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. My teriyaki chicken was tasteless, dry, and stringy. Giving off the feeling like it was old, and possibly not fully thawed out before cooked. My chicken and corn soup was alright But that chicken was gross too, and there wasnt any corn in it. And then there is the rice, possibly some older rice, a little on the dry side (almost if it was old and reheated rice). Probably the best part was my fortune cookie. Think Ill hold off on eating here ever again.

The marketing for this restaurant gets 10 stars. the actual restaurant and the food 1 star. The menu pictures on the website are beautiful, colorful, and delicious looking. Our plates all looked the same - brown and dark. no color. the chicken was chewy and fatty. Its basically a "take out" place as I surmised from the extremely cheap plastic fork and spoon we got. We asked for actual utensils but they didnt have any. It tasted okay but again - horrible presentation. Wont go back.

i didnt even make it talking to the phone with this lady! Horrible service. i gave her an exact address to where to deliver and she said it didnt exist and hung up then i called back and gave it to her again and she said they didnt deliver passed 5 miles and we are only 4.5 miles away so she hung up again. when i called back to tell her she changed it to 4. i don"t recommend this place it has horrible service. and im only giving it one star because it wont let me give it negatives

This Chinese restaurant serves "americanized" chinese food. Its actually pretty good compared to other americanized chinese restaurants. The Hot and Sour soup is delicious as well as the mushu chicken, pork or veggie. The fried rice is very good too! The owner is a very nice guy and he actually delivers the food sometimes cause it gets SO busy! They used to be at another location right off of Stemmons freeway, but they just moved to this location on Maple.

The Wok is very nice when you call them on the phone or order on GrubHub. Its all very good value for the money. I have not had a bad order yet and my delivery driver has always been pleasant and courteous. My only comment is that I am corn and wheat intolerant; I would love to see them use rice flour as thickener/breading for the soups and fried meats. I would like to see them omit the corn nibs from the egg drop soup and egg foo young as well. Thank you!

This food is horrid! Everything I got was very bland, plain, and Luke warm at best. I spent $30 here and got 2 meat items, 1 small cup of noodles, and what seemed like enough rice to feed the homeless for a week. I was under the impression I had ordered two meat items 2 sides of fried rice, and 1 side of noodles and cream cheese wontons to share with my wife. I guess there is some kind of language barrier here. I will never ever eat here again.

I called and place an order the guy I spoke with was very nice but once I received my food it was Not what I order I was Soo dissappointing I called them they did not even say bring it back or anything all the guy said was take a pic and send it which I did but I got no reply back. My fiance and I had to order somewhere else. I will tell all my friends on Turtle Creek to be aware of this location. Not professional at all!!!

I have been craving combination rice all day. I decided to look for a near by Chinese delivery restaurant and unfortunately was lucked up with this awful food. I waited past an hour for my food which lacked texture, season, and taste. I felt that the chicken was rubber and had been old or freeaer burned. I was discussed with my $25.11 order. If I have any advice for you DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Ive given them several chances to make up for crappy food. But they use CHEAP, FATTY chicken, and they fill your dishes with bamboo shoots or onions to make the meal look plentiful. The chicken lo mein was greasy and had huge chunks of fat and loins around the pieces of chicken. I had indigestion all day from just this one meal. Try ANY OTHER Chinese restaurant other than this one.
