Shang Hai has been a great place to order from for quite a while. However, after receiving an order with an item wrong I received some of the worst customer service over the phone. I ordered Mongolian Beef with lo mein noodles instead of rice. When I called in to say I had received the wrong thing I was told "Im pretty sure you didnt say lo mein noodles. It is very far to where you are, but we can send out another order with lo mein if you will just pay for the lo mein." Maybe its just me but usually when the business is to blame they take care of the problem.

Placed an order using the online site, and called immediately afterward because it defaulted to cash despite asking it to take a credit card. Was told the driver would ask for a card at the door, with no attempt to find the order in question. Called an hour and a half later when the order hadnt shown up, only to be told that they didnt receive the order. They then asked if we still wanted it, with no offer of a discount or even an apology for the hassle. Not impressed.

Went here on a evening to discover we were the only guests for the night. My appetizer was nice but only 2 minutes after that was served we got the main course. Even before I finished my meal the bill was put on the table without any notice, not to mention that bill split was not even offered. The food was good, otherwise it would have been 1 star. Now they get 2, but where was the infamous Chinese hospitality??

My food was gross. I ordered the chicken fried rice, sesiman chicken and couple other things. The chicken tasted old, the chicken they put into rice looked like they took it out of another dish "the chicken was breaded for some reason, never seen that before. I would never recommend this place to no one. Id recommend the super buffet any day over this place. I wasted money here cause we didnt even eat the food.

The Lunch Special is $8.50 not $6.35. There isnt enough seating. They dont switch out their pans. Just throw new food on top of old food. Not much of a selection. Food was cold. Not very cleanly. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

We are from Colorado and just happened on this place. I was so impressed with how clean n neat everything was. The staff were friendly and food was served hot. Most delicious Chinese food we have ever had anywhere.

Fast service and very fresh food! Love the cream cheese wonton and chicken chow mein! We also got the general tso chicken which was sweet, spicy and really hits the spot with the rice when you are hungry!

This is our go-to place for carry out. Amazing sauces, super fresh vegetables and meat and always served piping hot! Food is ready to carry out in about 10 minutes!
