Since moving to Texas in 2013, we have been looking for a Chinese restaurant to replace our favorite in Michigan. Over two years time we tried several, but just couldnt find it. Finally, at the Canton Express we found one that exceeds it. The restaurant is small, casual and friendly; the service is fast; the food is excellent and the manager, Michelle, is a pleasure. Many of the clientele, like us, are regulars that she knows by name and just how we like our dishes. They make their own sauces and their ingredients are all high quality. Our particular favorites are the Egg Plant with Shredded Pork in Garlic Sauce. Ask for extra sauce, serve it over steamed rice and let the sauce soak through---delightful. Their General Taos Chicken is even better than our old favorite: also order it with lots of extra sauce and serve over steamed rice--heavenly. I am truly perplexed by some of the less favorable reviews, Michelle bends over backward to insure that everything is to your taste, or shell remake the order, no questions asked. Needless to say its our go-to-Chinese-place: were there once or twice a week and keep finding delicious new things to try. Steve & Jeanette Cochran Frisco, TX

Worst crap I have ever had or seen in my life. Waiter was a complete and udder imbecile who had no common sense.We clearly told him no we are changing our order before it was even taken to the kitchen and he brought out the wrong dish and we were the only people in the place. He then refused to fix the order and charged us for the order and was very angry about cancelling the third order and their was only 2 of us in the booth and he tried to rationalize the situation that he was right, even though we canceled the first order he refused to fix the problem. I highly suggest no one visit this restaurant. The noodles were pure grease the rice was dry and the chicken was slimy. I will be contacting the health inspectors.

First off I had never ordered from here before so I decided to try it. I called and ask a couple questions to a lady who didnt understand me. I asked about lunch specials was told what I wanted was not on the lunch special and when I said ok she ok and hung up on me. Didnt ask anymore questions or anything. So I assumed that my order would be made. When I drove up there i was told that I canceled order even tho I never did. And she kept telling me "you cancel order" when I never did. The fact that I cant even hold a conversation with someone who understands what I am saying is the reason I will not be back.

Very yummy. I only had the Singapore noodle combination and the egg roll, but they were both very good. The egg rolls are like spring rolls only loaded with cabbage and very fresh with no nutmeg or cinnamon. I took my wife a couple of rolls and she loved them too. The combination noodles were very good and the shrimp was very fresh. There are a lot of Chinese places that have 4+ star ratings that have mediocre food only because the Chinese food around the area is not that great, but what I had at this place was very yummy. I will go back to try other dishes The staff was very nice and friendly.

The staff were really Pleasant but that doesnt make up for the fact that the food is terrible. Me and a close friend visited this establishment and he got sweet and sour chicken and I got orange chicken the steamed rice was crumbly and tasted like its been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours and my orange chicken was beyond dry and basically was just tossed in a sauce and my friends sweet and sour chicken looked radioactive pink needless to say I will not be visiting this place again.

The food sucks and they get orders incorrect. Im scared to get my replacement since people like to spit in food...The lady I called told me...you did not say order without veggies...luckily my company records all calls made and called the lady and asked if she wanted to hear the recording....then she hung up...I still have not received my replacement either. I will not be ordering from this place ever again! Avoid this place if possible.

Order from here via UberEATS. I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. We got shrimp fried rice, fried shrimp and hot and sour soup. The soup was sweeter than I expected (I added some hot chili paste to add spice), the fried shrimp were a little bland, no taste really (it helped to dip them in the sauce) the fried rice was delish! Will definitely order from here again.

Very close to the worst Chinese food I have ever had. It was so bad I couldnt eat it. They must have served old food from a few days before, never order on a Monday lunch. Way too much thickener in their sauces. More like jelly than sauce. Even the soup was jelled... Oh well lesson learned. I dont want to give them 1 star but that is the lowest to get my review posted.

Decent food, great service. Fast, friendly, clean place. I wasnt too impressed with the meal but, I did try one of their "Authentic Chinese" dishes. It was good, but not overwhelmingly great. ill come back and edit this review again after Ive been back for a more traditional fare so I can set a better objective baseline. I would recommend it to others, for sure.

My son had recommended this place. When we arrived we were greeted fast, the waiter told us he is new, so he wasnt very familiar with the menu. The food was ok, the Wonton soup was kind of flavorless, but the main dish was better. The portions are just right. Good place when craving for Chinese food and you just want a quick and affordable lunch.

I dont understand the bad reviews.. I ate here almost once a month 8 years ago. I was in the neighborhood yesterday and had my favorite, chicken chow mein. It still was very good, nice friendly staff. Also sweet n sour chicken is really good too, a coworker of mine had that the other day as well!

Great food! I called late for a delivery order and the lady was very helpful. Her accent was a bit hard to understand at times but very helpful and patient. They delivered quick and the food was great! We got the General Tsos chicken, chicken fried rice, and chicken and broccoli. All very good.

Worst experience at a Chinese restaurant Ive ever had. My chicken was slimy and my noodles were greasy. I left all my food on the table and paid no tip. The waiter put my order in wrong and refused to fix it, then ignored us for the rest of our visit. Never go here.

Food was amazing, delivery driver was very kind. Didnt give it A 5 due to the fact that they left the pineapple out of the chicken pineapple fried rice. The woman who took the order did offer to send the correct one out or credit us until for next time.

I got the shrimp fried rice... it was ok.. no flavor really..I also got the egg drop soup.. NEVER AGAIN!!!! very clumpy and NO SEASON AT ALL!!! I also didnt like to corn in the soup...I wont be ordering there again..
