Hi Steel City, I am really disappointed in your Dallas, Greenville Ave. location. I walked in with my boyfriend and brother a little over an hour ago around (12:05pm CST) to introduce my little brother to your amazing pops. We told him this was a must before he left Dallas. As we approached the counter there were three employees in the back packaging boxes. My brother browsed the menu, decided what he wanted, and we stood waiting on one of the three employees to acknowledge us. They looked us but never greeted us and continued to sit and package boxes as we stood at he counter. A few minutes passed by and we still were never greeted or served. Being that my boyfriend and I visit this location about 2-3x a month, this was unusual for us and we grew frustrated with this lack of service. Getting the picture that the employees were not going to serve us, for whatever reason, we left. As we walked out, my boyfriend held the door for a family of four. We stood outside to see if they would also be denied service and that wasnt the case. An employee met them at the counter before they could even fully get inside the store. It really sucks that I couldnt get my midday craving of the strawberry lemonade pop or introduce my brother to your products but what sucks even more is that your employees made us feel as if our service was unwanted. Please address this as this experience does not positively reflect the Steel City brand I know. Thanks, Sydnee Bush

I recently became a customer and have stopped into the store twice in the last three weeks. On my first visit I was not informed of the frequent buyers card even though I purchased 12 units. On my second visit I learned of the card and inquired about credit for the first purchase on the first visit and was told tough luck. On my second visit I was purchasing 12 units and in the middle of the transaction the person helping me closed out the sale and allowed two other employees to use the screed to sign our of work. I would not have minded if he had been nice enough to ask me if I minded, but as a paying customer I was not given that courtesy. Poor training as this establishment.

What happen to these delicious pops? We purchased pops for a co-workers birthday however they were different. Let me explain we buy pops maybe 10 times a year or more so I know how these delectable treats taste. Today we purchased pops and they were chunky. The apple cinnamon had seeds and peel in it. YES, you read that correctly. One of our engineers was choking on it. The strawberry pop was extremely thick and had whole pieces of strawberry. It was not melt in your mouth smooth almost like they didnt puree the fruit correctly. I hope this consistency is not the norm and this was just a bad batch.

In a nutshell: delicious hipster popsicles. I tried the satsuma cream as well as the blueberries and cream. The blueberries and cream had too many blueberry chunks in it, which made the eating process a bit tedious. However, the satsuma cream was absolutely delicious. Its their version of an orange creamsicle. The satsuma orange has a special flavor, and they include just a few bits of the rind in the popsicle to give it a little kick and a little texture, but not too much that it would ruin the smoothness.

I love this place. The popsicles here are amazing, and its a fun place to hang out with friends on their front patio. While Ive always loved all their popsicles in the past, I decided to try a new flavor this past time and absolutely hated it. However, the store has a policy that theyll gladly replace any popsicle you dont like, and the girl behind the counter absolutely insisted that she replace my popsicle. So not only are the popsicles great, the customer service is also top-notch.

Went here after me, my boyfriend and buddy had some pizza from Greenville Ave. I always want some dessert after I have some out side food. So, we looked around us to see what sounded yummy. Boom, I wanted this place as soon as I saw the sign. We went in, and I got the Vanilla Chocolate Chip pop. It totally covered my sweet tooth and I loved that they had a variety of flavors. The cashier was super sweet, I will totally come back because, you know, sweet tooth. :)

This was my first time here! I really impressed by the variety they offered and the seasonal pops. I tried the Pumpkin flavored and was very impressed. They need to do a better job of posting prices of those "extra" items or make sure the cashier is explaining that to customers. Otherwise very nice location and a good treat. I did speak with the manager about those extras and they are working to get signs created which made me happy to hear!

Tasty gourmet popsicles in a wide variety of staple flavors and a few on seasonal rotation. Flavors are milk and water based, with the fruit pops containing chunks of real fruit. The back area has a viewing area where you can occasionally see the pops being made. There can be a line during the bust times, and parking may be valet only as well unless you are willing to walk from the nearby residential neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The employees are always so helpful and accommodating with questions and inquiries. A gentleman behind the counter was even so kind as to bring me some napkins after he saw my son thoroughly enjoying his treat and making a slight mess all over his jacket. Thank you to that kind gent, and thank you, Steel City Pops, for always providing delicious treats that my son and I can enjoy even when its 37 degrees outside!

Steel City Pops makes original delicious popsicles, which are made with organic and locally-sourced ingredients. The location is in Lower Greenville, which is a very lively and fun area in Dallas. This is a perfect place to visit with friends or with your loved one and enjoy an evening there. There are many restaurants and bars nearby to visit as well for an enjoyable time. The location is Pedestrian-friendly.

For those of us on a strict pureed diet this is an awesome treat. The Staff at all 3 locations are super nice and are always happy to serve the masses with a smile and great attitude. Suggestion for sugar free selections would be the only thing I would request. Oh and maybe seed free option In the berries (that is for those who cant enjoy some of the best flavors) Keep up the good work!

We have been been dying to try Steel City Pops from this truck but just never are able to catch them. So we were thrilled when there were a featured dessert at TX!! Yes, the was a huge line. NO, it did not disappoint. We tried the fruity pebble churro sundae, the Steel City Pops sundae and the cinnamon crunch churro sundae. ALL WERE THE BOMB. I wish I could eat this everrrrrry day.

Stopped in here to pick up an order for someone else. The younger girl who helped me was very sweet and kind. She helped me greatly as I had to drive 16mins away with the popsicles and didnt want them to melt. She put the order together for me with care and made sure there were ice packs in the bags as well as labels written on the outside of the bags.
