One star is for the poor new guy who tried to help. Come on. Upon ordering, I heard way too many "NOs" No Vanilla Ice Cream. No Chocolate Ice Cream. No Bananas. No idea HOW to make a certain sundae while looking at the guide. This was the most unorganized, and "ghetto" establishment Ive ever been in. There were little kids who looked to be either working there or being babysat. Perhaps the kids of the rude employee that told me that bananas go bad, so they dont keep them in the store. So, heres a NO for you- Ill just walk my happy arse on over to DQ. They never fail me like this store did today.

This was 5th time in a row in 2months where they did not have cookies and creme. Look guys, do not put it on the menu if you are not gonna sell them because that is a horribleway to do the business. One star was too much for this unprofessional place. I recommend you never go to this store. After my 5th time wasting energy to get nothing in the store, i am never going back ever again.

Got out of church and thought we would grab some ice cream, we didnt realize that they closed so early. While walking up to the door we found a customers items we tried to return the items to the worker and manager. They yelled at us through the glass so set it down and left. So crazy

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for 20 minutes for a dozen donut wholes, and 1 strawberry donut, but she ends up giving me the wrong donut wholes. THE SERVICE IS SLOOOOOOW AF!!! Im NEVER going back.
