Im sure everything tastes great and the decor is super cute, but Ive been there twice with last-minute orders that they have not been able to accommodate. I get for large or custom orders that a call in advance is required...but today I was hoping to walk out with 2 doz cookies and was told they didnt have that many. Keep in mind I walked in at 10am, right when they open (despite their website and online stating they open at 9am). I was somewhat rudely told by the baker that they had 9 cookies available for me and that they were still baking. What bakery makes just 9 cookies...total?! Am I nuts or does that make zero sense? Bad service, super frustrated, wont be back.
