Im kind of let down about the food and very disappointed in the service today. The sourdough bread on my California Turkey sandwich was so dry it broke in half. It wasnt toasted, so that tells me it was gettin stale. I asked for extra pesto mayo -- didnt get it. Usually, the food is pretty decent -- nothing spectacular. But today, several of the items I ordered just seemed bland and unseasoned. The service is what really bothered me though. I ordered a cup of hearty vegetable soup but instead got barely HALF a cup. When I politely asked the staff member to please "top it off" and make sure the cup was full, she hesitated. A managerial-type person saw what happened and stepped in to state that, "We only serve ONE ladle for a cup of soup." Thats fine, but then make sure that ladle is at least FULL to start with. It wasnt. I asked her to at please fill the rest of the cup. She took the ladle, dipped it into the vat and withdrew approximately 2 teaspoons of soup. Now this just ticked me off. Not only is that passive aggressive, its petty as heck. Is it really going to break the bank to give a customer enough soup to actually fill the cup they paid for?? Good grief! Ill take a pass on Paradise if theyre that hard up for soup. Sheesh.

Sandwiches, salads, and soups oh my! The line can seem long at times, but moves rather quickly. Love how everything is made fresh in front of you. Several of the sandwiches are mouth watering, salads are unique and flavorful, and the soups include the classics that change daily. Make sure you ask for bread for your soup if they dont have any out. I particularly enjoy the Southwest Chicken Caesar that has a nice little kick to it! Great for kids as well as it is my daughters pick over fast food (thank goodness). Though they have a kids menu, she always orders the Chicken Basil Pesto Panini which is the managers special with broccoli cheese soup. Meals with sandwiches include a chocolate chip cookie. Im usually good with just half as these are very rich. Weve also tried the snickerdoodle which is pretty yummy! Though some of the reviews mention lack of cleanliness and poor service this is not something Ive ever experienced here. A tip for the line - if no one is helping, just ask! Everyone behind the counter is working hard to get their tasks done to keep the line moving, but they are always eager to help. Overall, weve been here a dozen times and will continue coming back!

This was our go to place for the longest time, but today might be our final time. We noticed the restaurant was dirty tables with plates from past customers, the floor looked like it hasnt been sweep this month and its the 23rd. The staff was busy with their cell phones, the manager, we think, saw a customer come in walk by her and did nothing no hello nothing this crazy for Paradise Bakery. To bad this was a very good place.

Good Morning, unfortunately. I walked out of my position at paradise Bakery.I did so because of the bias atmosphere and blatent favoritism in management. I was employed to perform a specific position, my duration their in training was five weeks;Encountered. Nepotism. I Would like upper Management to contact me due to not having provisions of contacts.

Paradise has six soup options, lots of tasty salads mixed and tossed right in front of you along with a full host of sandwiches and baked treats like cookies, brownies, scones and more. Get here early for lunch as the is normally a line by noon. They also have some frozen smoothies options and espresso bar. Consistently fresh tasty food.

Very poor service. I will visit the Dallas pkwy location. I wished the male server put forth the same effort in preparing the food as he does his make-up. The idle chatter about his dislike of the work problems should not be addressed while he is serving the customer.

Standard cafe style soup, sandwiches and salads. Their bakery items are superior to similarly styled / priced Corner Bakery. They also have a much better seating area. Try the coconut chocolate chip cookies. They are worth the calorie splurge!

I went at 7:30AM, and they were out of both the waffle mix and the strawberry smoothie (both of which my friend was going to get). My omelette was good, and had lots of veggies in it; the toast was dry though. Its overpriced for breakfast.

The food at paradise bakery is great. Really loved the turkey soup and salad. Priced a bit high - I paid $6.50 for a fruit cup and a medium coffee. Overall, Id recommend to friends and would continue coming in.

Worst sandwich Ive ever had. They dont make these to order. Mine had most certainly been made hours before and had been sitting on a fridge. Bread was fry and awful. Subway is better and thats sad.

I had Paradise Bakery cater a class of 22 realtors. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic. We were so happy with the service and are looking forward to them again. Thanks Terri!

Very slow service. It was during a busy time but they should be ready to handle the situation. Pretty much ignored in the waiting line. At least acknowledge with a friendly "be with you."

Service was horrible, the hot breakfast cook had an attitude for no reason and seemed to sabotage their already faulty system on purpose. The food is a five star though, it was delicious.

Foods great but the young lady with the blue bandage under her right eye with the glasses was preparing food and taking orders without any gloves otherwise really good experience.

Everyone was so sweet and the food was delicious even my picky eater ate all her soup. Ms Terry was the sweetest. Definetly will be back.

Good sandwich and salad place. They give you a fresh cookie with your meal as well. A lot of options plus a cookie is hard to beat.

Lunch set up is not very fluid. Order came after a reminder from us. Their number system is flawed and doesnt really seem to work.

Never again, my wife, my daughter and me. $40.00 for chips and sandwiches, crummy sandwich. Way to much money for a subpar meal.

The trays are utterly filthy. They is old food and oil smears all over them. I doubt theyve been cleaned or wiped in awhile.

Its a little slow to getting food out, but the food is great when it does come. I love this place and would recommend to all.

Just had the worst slice of carrot cake ever. Must have been sitting in a case with cold cuts/cheese/meats all day. Gross.
