I came to Frosted Art Bakery almost a year ago. I was so impressed by the customer service experience. They were very friendly. I enjoyed the cake tasting and everything. I put in my order for the cake and once my wedding day arrived I tasted a piece of my cake and it did not taste the same as when I tasted a piece of the cake at the cake tasting. I brought the cake back up to the cake shop the next day because I was not satisfied and the same nice people that I dealt with in the beginning became very rude to me. I was so heartbroken I just cried in the office. Instead of trying to compensate me for a horrible job that they did they acted like I was trying to just come and get money back which was not the case. It took me an entire year to come back and write a review about this because I didnt want to think about how one of the most important days of my life was ruined because of my wedding cake. The presentation was nice but the cake tasted like it was a couple of days old. I should have known something was up because they called me a few days before my wedding and told me they could do a different icing on the cake for me. I believe they made my cake a few days earlier and stuck it in the refrigerator because it tasted old. I spoke with the baker and instead of saying I apologize for what happen and what can I do to make up for this situation. All of her crew bombarded me and my husband and tried to make it seem like we were trying to get over. Why would we even waste our time coming back up to a bakery the day after we got married? It makes no sense at all. I was so upset about the cake that it was the only thing on my mind the next day. I had to call and complain because it was the worse cake I ever tasted. I think the baker got upset because I told her it was the worse cake I ever tasted. It just tasted old.

I found Frosted Art at the Dallas Bridal Fair last spring (2016). My mom and I loved the samples we received; they blew the other companies out of the water. We immediately booked with them and used the discount from the fair. I had a year and a half engagement. This past spring, my venue had an open house and Frosted Art gave samples there too. The cake was dry and the icing was super wet/gooey, nothing like the previous samples. I contacted the bakery and they said it was their normal cake. I was under contract, so I had to stay with them. I got married last week, and was very disappointed with our cakes. The designs were beautiful, but the cake itself was embarrassing. Today I was informed that our close family and friends made comments saying it was the worst wedding cake they had. Our frosting also began to melt (we were inside and the venue was chilly), so we had to move the cake cutting up an hour and people started leaving after the cake was served (pretty typical). I have attached a photo showing how it melted. Also, they messed up the layout for the grooms cake topper. I am not sure if they skimped on us because we used the bridal fair discount, but I was NOT impressed after paying $2,000. Overall, beautiful designs, poor quality.

I still crave their cake. They did my daughters wedding cake and the grooms cake. The cake sampling gave us ten samples of just some of their fantastic variety of cake and frosting flavors. We picked 3 different flavors for the brides cake (spice, mojito and Italian cream/ each layer different) and red velvet for the grooms cake. Even though we live in Weatherford, TX I still want to make a trip just to get some more cake from there. Their fondant was especially good, light, fresh and perfectly matched to each flavor. They even took drawings and ideas from several different cakes to make our custom cakes for the wedding. It was one of my favorite parts of the wedding because it was so customized" to fit all our ideas and tastes.

Oh my goodness!!! This is the place to go for wedding cakes!!! Their cakes are so delicious and the variety of flavors are spectacular! Everything is made from scratch. Love the fact that if you send in a professional picture of your wedding cake to Frosted Art they will make you a "First Year" anniversary cake instead of having to eat that freezer burnt cake most couples have to. Bronwen is very creative and enthusiastic. Her office manager, Melissa, has the most bubbly personality and you just get excited working with them. All the cakes on display are just another caliber than any other bakery I have been to. They are a little bit more pricey than other bakeries and but I can assure you that it is worth it.

I have contacted this business months ago trying to get an internship, and never received a response. I understand people can get busy. So recently I tried calling to talk to the owner, and would never be able to talk to her. I called again and finally able to talk to her, without being able to explain what I was asking for heard "umm, no. please stop calling." If you would have answered the question or your email the first time you wouldnt have someone calling for an answer. Everyone has to start somewhere, not giving people a chance and only thinking about your own success is sad.

Bronwens cakes are absolutely amazing. Our wedding cakes were exactly how we envisioned them. Bronwen spent time with us in her store front sketching out drawings for our cakes, and then again on the phone two weeks before the wedding. Her prices are very reasonable for the amazing product and time you get planning things our with Bronwen. I recommend her to every bride, and anyone needing an amazing cake. You wont be disappointed.

DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Beautiful and affordable. Our wedding was in Springtown, Tx and this company is in Dallas. The transfer fee was reasonable. The art put into the cakes and the taste was heavenly. I gushed that Bronwen Weber designed our cakes. This is the company to go with for one of a kind desserts and wedding cakes!!!

I only gave 5 stars because it wouldnt let me give 10! Bronwen made the cakes for our wedding. They were the most gorgeous cakes that Ive ever seen, AND they tasted even better than they looked! I will never use any other baker again. Bronwen is my official baker from now on.
