This is my second time being disrespected by the asian culture again. Not every black is the same and you should address everyone like you wouls want to be addressed. I had a run in with the lady who owns this place. She will come out to ur car and harass you if you are parked on her turf. People only park there for maybe 5min sometime when the parking lot at the child care facility is full to get their kid. Ive tried to reason with her(In a very respectful, low voice,smile and no cussing cause I knew that other blacks have prolly ticked her off) and let her know the situation she acted as if she understood. I thought we made peace. But when I came back to order food she acted as if she didnt want my service. So I figured it really that she a racist asian lady and moved on. So black people with that said please dont go there cause you will not get respect because of your color. I may be wrong but I know for a fact that of im am running a business I would service every last one of my customers with a smile and a thank u because I believe in treating everyone with love and respect.

It is a simple place; clean, friendly and efficient with excellent food at unbelievable prices. Everybody that ventures here with me has been delightfully surprised by the food, service, and prices. If you are in the area, dont miss this place. Dont expect a P.F Chang decor, if you need an atmosphere like that to make it 5 star, well then it may not be for you. The reviewer that commented on seeing "seeing one of the chefs pick their nose" could not have been talking about the same place. I have been frequenting Lai Lai for years and have yet to catch a glimpe of a chef, despite my efforts to confirm that there is or isnt another mysterious person behind the closed kitchen doors.

*steps up on my foodie fanatic soap box* Youll never eat fake Chinese food again. Their food tastes like someones mom lovingly prepared it for you. No gristle, no fat, no corn syrup gloppy crap sauce, just pure perfection. Even the egg rolls are magnificent, you can identify every crisp ingredient! They should be charging Pei Wei prices but they dont because they love their customers. *steps down and returns to whence it came*

While waiting in line for Good Mong, my friend was starving and wanted to get something. I waited in line while he dropped in and grabbed some fried chicken and noodles. The fried baby chicken drumsticks were on point with the seasoning, fresh and crunchy. The noodles, not so much. They were kind of cold and bland.

We were very put off. One dish came with a rotten pepper and we saw two of the chefs picking their noses and then resuming service. Yeurk!
