While it may exist, they fail to have what i want 77.348% of the time. (Yes i did the math). Chicken pot pie is about the only item i order. Either their really popular or people hate them. I lean more towards the beliefs that they are rarely ordered. Here is why. I stopped in tonight to order 2 pies. One for me, the other for my wife to be. After waiting at the drive threw window for 3+ min with no one in line, i ask of they had any CPPs. The man on the horn said no, but has some in the oven and will be ready in o min. I tell him that i will come in and wait. After walking into the empty restaurant, and with no one in line still, i order two with two biscuits. After ringing me up, and me paying, the guy with the headset said... " I only have one in the oven" (now you see why i think they arent popular) They offered to drop another "one" in, and i can wait for 20 min. I explained that they can sell the one and i will wait for two fresh ones, and not one hot/one cold. They obliged and gave me two drinks for the wait. Its not bad food, they just dont normally dont have what i want. I wont wait again. FYI, Im sitting in the corner booth now, and i have heard 7 people ask for them... Guess i am wrong about their popularity. Wow! Now their telling people their discontinued to keep people from ordering. going to one star for lack of ethics! Cook some darn pies KFC off Ohio in Plano!

Drive thru lady forgot my sauces 3 day in a row, making me have to wait at the car port for 5 mins till she returned to notice I was there, next day had to go inside and when I did a man with headphones in. He didnt want to acknowledge me as I said excuse me, took another 5 mins to get sauces. Theres a reason why there is a line around Taco Bell, and not this restaurant, taking my business over there I recommend you do too. Constantly have to remind them of my order for 2 items. Waited for 5 more mins for fresh potatos, they were limp undercooked with no sign of crispiness as usual, hince the reason I need sauce. Not worth the fustration, keep your sauce that you charish so much.

Whenever we visit this KFC, which is usually at least once per week, we are always met with friendly greetings and conversation from all the staff. We nearly always order our food fresh, and they are happy to oblige. We dont mind the wait because the grilled chicken and hot wings (which is what well usually get) are amazing when theyre fresh. I would suggest that folks take the time to engage with the staff because theyre very nice.

Helpful manager said it would be 4 min for my girlfriends chicken breast so brought her strips in the meantime and then brought out her original order in a box to take home. He also went back and forth getting sauces. Our first time to get table service at a KFC. Very helpful and friendly Mgr indeed. Tasty food. Clean restaurant.
