Truly one of the worst run businesses ever. First, I will admit that the pizza here tastes decent (thought a tad overpriced). However, they simply do not run an honest business and are impossible to get a hold of when there is a problem. Heres my story: New Years Eve, 1am, I want a pizza, I realize this place is the only one open so I reluctantly (as I have had issues with extremely tardy delivery in the past) call to place an order. I am told that they "think" they deliver to my address and that it should take an hour. After 30 minutes, I realize that they never asked for my name (which they would need when they arrive to my condo building), so I call to attach my name to the order. I am told the pizza is on their to-do list but has not been cooked yet. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, no pizza has arrived, I call to check on the status and I am informed that they have gotten really backed up and though my pizza is still slated to be made, it has not even been prepared yet! I politely ask them to cancel my order. Story over? Hardly. Two days ago, I see that my credit card was still CHARGED despite the canceled order. I try calling them - phone rings off the hook. I go to their website and e-mail asking for a refund. No response for 24 hours. Yesterday evening I call to speak to a manager - I am told the manager is on a supply run and they get my name and number and say the manager will call me back. 24 hours later - no call from the manager. I will be submitting a report to the Better Business Bureau - and strongly urge everyone to avoid this place.

Come on guys, I want to like you so badly - stop screwing the pooch! Ive been to Greenville Ave Pizza Co (GAPC). about 4 times and eaten about 7 different items there, each time something goes wrong. When I order a pizza or salad with no cheese, without fail - cheese on top. Veggies only comes topped with chicken, sometimes they have missed my order all together and have to start from scratch. I can tell the guys in here are working hard, they want so badly to be the neighborhood pizza spot. Hopefully theyll get the bugs worked out. In their defence they have a very small area to work with and it always seems like there are 1000 things going on at once. The fact that they are able to do so much with so little is a miracle. Any time theyve messed up a order (3 of the 4 times) they are SUPER apologetic and comp my pizza and offer me a beer. Thats why I keep coming back, sharp customer service. Let me be clear, the food is good; when correct. If your in the area and want to support a local pizza joint look these guys up. There are often offers on Groupon or Google Offers. Until things start to become more regular Ill stick with il Cane Roso in Deep Ellum.

Pizza tastes like it looks in the pictures - like an extra greasy frozen job. Certainly isnt worth the 20$ they charge for it. When it comes to wings, try the libertine on Wednesday. A dozen wings will run you what, 9$? Theyre 20 bucks here, and half the size. I was charged for a large pizza and got a small. First and last time Ill order from Greenville Ave. Oh, also: lovers of thin, pan, and deep dish crust are going to be disappointed here. Its really none of the above. If youve ever had a Red Baron frozen pizza, you a had the crust they serve here. I wasnt being an ass when I called it a frozen job. Avoid.

There was once a time where this place was considered my go-to NY style pizza. That day has long been forgotten. The quality of pizza from this location has plummeted like the NY Stock Exchange did with sub-prime mortgages. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you like cardboard tasting pizza with little to no flavor. Service was pretty bad too! If I could leave no stars, I would. As a matter of fact, someone should extend the star options to include: shattered star, deteriorating star, moldy star, stinking star, dumped in a garbage dumpster star, etc...Im just saying!

Really small over priced burnt when I got it I tried calling to see when it was going to be delivered I heard the phone pick up and people in the background and then it would hang up right after a second the lady that brought my pizza had me sign her phone and then took it really fast before I could submit it and she held her phone at an angle so I couldnt see I am waiting for the charge to hit my account so I can see if she added more to her tip and if she did it has already been reported how much I was going to submit and if it is any more i will be having the charge reversed

Cool little place to go. The pizza is definitely in my Dallas top three. Such a huge selection, and the crust is thin, but not cracker-like. SOOOO good. Beers are stupid overpriced, but thats normal for this kind of place. Theres a few places to sit outside, or a community table in the back, or a bar where you can watch the pizzas being made (And please cover your FU****NG mouth if youre standing there and have to sneeze/cough). I will say- this place gets really packed during the busy hours, but you can always order online. Come here. Now.

$25 for a deep dish small half and half pizza with extra chicken. I think its pretty pricey for that tiny pizza. Its definitely a two is person pizza (6 slices). It also wasnt as flavorful as I thought it was going to be. I could mostly taste tomato, even though we ordered sausage, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, and mushroom in it. I feel like we could mostly taste the tomato and only the texture of the meat. I think theyre a bit lax on that considering how much we spent on it. It was a 40 minute wait for our pizza. I think they could do better.

Have ordered delivery from this establishment more than once with no problem and on this particular occasion they decided to say they didnt deliver to my location. Apparently they dont deliver within a 5.3 mile radius anymore, is there really enough business within five miles of this place that they dont service customers outside of this tiny bubble any longer? Even better is that this news was delivered in a very condescending manner, adding insult to injury. Never again!

Pizza was not prepared as requested. Wanted extra sauce and light cheese. Got a lot of cheese and almost zero sauce. Needless to say it was disgusting. When I called, the manager was rude and uncaring. Would not believe me, and kept telling me that the pizza would have been made according to directions, which, clearly, it was not. His favorite phrase was "What do you want me to do man?". Not a single apology. I used to like this place but I will never order from them again.

I dont know what these other people are complaining about. My girlfriend and I frequently eat in or order delivery from here and we have always enjoyed our food. The customer service is great. Their website advertises the Dallas Observer naming their Meatball sub the best in town. I ordered it tonight along with the pizza and the sub was so good and big that I did not touch the pizza, and I thoroughly enjoy their pizza. Eat here!
