I had ordered Chicken and Goat Biryani. Both Chicken and goat biryani was nicely made and had lots of flavors. The quantity of Biryani was not good. Compared to Paradise biryani, quantity of Biryani is much less. Just enough for 1 person. If you are ordering make sure to order one for each individual. Before ordering we asked about the quantity and the owner told us that each packet is more than enough for 2 person. It was only after coming and opening the packet did we realize that its not. This wrong communication is probably the only reason why i gave 4 stars. To me other than quantity everything else was good.

Today, during my workplaces periodic food sermon, we were on The Book of India, Chapter: Chicken. We decided to check out this spot as it had recently opened up, and placed our order. The order was placed and delivered all in under 30 minutes. I loved all the food I ordered, but the icing on the cake was the ample amount of extra sauces, the side of rice given with every entree, and the packaging for the silverware paired with a no-bullshit napkin. The food all had the perfect amount of seasoning and spice. Will definitely be ordering from again. I recommend placing your order through the RICEIt app.

I ordered RiceIts "Goat Biryani" for lunch today. The dish had EIGHT BONES IN IT. 8 !!!!! Picture for proof. That is 100% UNACCEPTABLE and GROSS. Thank goodness I wasnt sharing this with a child or something, because I almost swallowed one of them! Im giving one star ONLY because the flavor of the dish and the sauce was excellent, and delivery was very quick. But I couldnt even eat half of it once I found all those bones...! My experience with RiceIt has left me nauseated and upset, and I will definitely NEVER order from here again.

i placed an order for veg biryani at 12:00 noon and received it at 1:15, The site does not display any delivery time....when the food is going to get delivered. Also when i called both the contact numbers displayed in google their confirmation email....No one picked the phone. Finally after an hour of wait i received Veg Biryani......I opened the box and found a hair......I hope Riceit prepares their biryani in professional Kitchen and Professional Manner.

I ordered goat biryani today and received it very soon, that is the only best part. The biryani is no taste at all and its very plain without any spices. Didnt feel to eating at all. I managed to eat half. Only 3 small pieces and that too bones. After I see no meat with more rice then I got pissed off and writing reviewing immediately. Find the proof in attachment. Never try this biryani unless amd until if you left with 0 options.

I had a bitter experience with riceit. I placed my order and waited for an hour. I called them, they said it should be delivered in 10 mins. Half hour later driver called. He ended up going to wrong address. I tried tell him I gave correct address. He was so reckless and started yelling at me.. finally I cancelled my order. Because of that I had my lunch 3 pm. I am not ordering there again.

Ordered Biryani, butter chicken, and lukhmi it was delivered on time and was amazing! The food and service was beyond great! Those who are writing bad reviews dont know good hyderabadi food. Oh and the mirchi ka salan is the best I have had since my husbands aunts who used to roast each of the spices before grinding them.

Terrible customer service. I ordered food through GrubHub and never received it. I tried calling and not only did no one pick up but the voicemail wasnt even set up. I had to do a chat with GrubHub and they told me the restaurant now closed. Now I have wait until they are open again tomorrow to get a refund.

We ordered the tikka Masala, which was pretty good, and haleem, which was not so good. We didnt like the texture or the taste of the latter. Im fact, we threw it away almost immediately. We ordered our food to go and the employees were very friendly and helpful. But, Im not sure if well visit again.

Man, I cant even order! Tried online order and failed at payment. Called customer center and they informed that will not work and order from mobile app. I downloaded installed and created an account and I cant add the address of a major office in Plano which is in their delivery zone. Wasted all my time!

Ordered chicken and mutton biryani from Riceit for team lunch at work. Not only they timely delivered the food, but taste was pretty authentic and had lots of flavors. They really exceeds my expectations. Would certainly recommend this gem!!

They take the order and confirm it. Waited more than an hour and finally reached them directly and they say the order was cancelled . No communications on the same . Its a complete sham . Never ever will I order from this place

Biryanis are WAY over priced and sub par. Ordered the chicken biryani and the chicken was raw TWICE. Their food is inconsistent, and pretentious. Dont waste your money. Just go to Indo Pak or Spice in the City.

I ordered Goat Biryani. They delivered a stale Biryani. The rice was smelling. it was not freshly made. It looked like it was stored for some days. Not a good experience. Will not order again.
