Oh man...words cannot express what happened to me after eating these. The Smash burger "Cleanse". If you are someone that can tolerate these burgers, enjoy. If you are like the dozens of people that tried , RUN! First of all, for taste I would rate these a 5. good variety...I was a happy camper. BUT (or should I say BUTT), not long after eating this hellacious burger all hell broke loose. I had a gastrointestinal experience like nothing Ive ever imagined. Cramps, sweating, bloating beyond my worst nightmare. Ive had food poisoning from some bad shellfish and that was almost like a skip in the park compared to what was going on inside me. Then came the, uh, flatulence. Heavens to Murgatroyd, the sounds, like trumpets calling the demons back to Hell...the stench, like 1,000 rotten corpses vomited. I couldnt stand to stay in one room for fear of succumbing to my own odors. But wait; theres more. What came out of me felt like someone tried to funnel Niagara Falls through a coffee straw. I swear my sphincters were screaming. It felt like my delicate starfish was a gaping maw projectile vomiting a torrential flood of toxic waste. 100% liquid. Flammable liquid. NAPALM. It was actually a bit humorous (for a nanosecond)as it was just beyond anything I could imagine possible. AND IT WENT ON FOR HOURS. I felt violated when it was over, which I think might have been sometime in the early morning of the next day. There was stuff coming out of me that I ate at my wedding in 2005. I had FIVE POUNDS of these innocent-looking delicious-tasting smashburgers so I told a friend about what happened to me, thinking it HAD to be some type of sensitivity I had to the burger and in spite of my warnings and graphic descriptions, she decided to take her chances and go try one for lunch Silly woman. All of the same for her, and a phone call from her while on the toilet (because you kinda end up living in the bathroom for a spell) telling me she really wished she would have listened. I think she was crying. Her sister was skeptical and suspected that we were exaggerating. She took everyone smashburger for lunch, She works for a construction company, where there are builders, roofers, house painters, landscapers, etc. Lots of people who generally have limited access to toilets on a given day. I cant imagine where all of those poor men (and women) pooped that day. I keep envisioning men on roofs, crossing their legs and trying to decide if they can make it down the ladder, or if they should just jump. If you order from smashburger, best of luck to you. And please, dont post a video review during the aftershocks.

We have ordered to go orders from the establishment a couple times. Every time has been a disaster. At least the last time they were willing to work with us to correct the order. Last time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. I got a double cheeseburger and fries. This time they just pushed back as if they did nothing wrong. I dont like the place to begin with. The meat is under seasoned and the fries are bland. I will not be going back. There are numerous other burger establishments just in the surrounding area that are a much better option: The Shack, Whataburger, Jack in The Box, Rotten Rons (McDonalds), Wendys, etc. Dont waste your time or money at a place that doesnt care for their customers or their food.

My office has ordered from this location a few times, and every single time not a single order was correct. I reached out to the business and spoke to the Manager, Charlotte, and we were amicable about the orders being messed up the first and second time, however the third time we went and got food from them, the manager was less than friendly about it when all our orders were again, incorrect. We didnt ask for anything overtly impossible for a fast food joint, just that our orders be somewhat what we actually asked for. We will no longer be ordering from this particular Smashburger, and will reconsider others as well when there are so many great burger joints out there right now.

I called and I have never had such rude service. I called to make a to go order as I always do. The man rudly told me they are not doing phone orders which was a surprise to because I always order over the phone. When I asked he rudly told me because there is a long line. One I complelty understand, but that is no way to speak to a customer, and lastly he hung up after that. Note to all restaurants, long lines is not an excuse to be rude... Food wise the place is Ok not the best but Ok.

Ordered online. Ordered two burgers...one built from scratch that was missing multiple items and a specialty burger (which is kore expensive) and got a regular burger. Pretty sure I saw the guy packing my bags eating at the same time. Yall suck at this online. I am supremely pissed. I shouldnt have to unwrap EVERY item I order at the restaurant before I can go home to eat it.

We love Smashburger! We eat at different locations every week, but the manager Robert Hughes stands out with amazing customer service at this location! He truly has a lead by example management style, that shows his staff the way the store should be run even when he is not there. The store is always clean and staff is friendly! Congrats Robert on you and your winning team!!!

Terrible experience. Most of the tables were available but they were filled with trash so we had to wait about 10 minutes for one to get cleared. We then waited an additional 35 minutes for our food. By the time we did get our food, we were too annoyed to even enjoy it. I dont think we will ever bring our business here again.

Staff is polite and friendly. I like that they come by my table and offer to get me a refill on my drink or a to go cup. Food is flavorful and presented well when brought to my table. Also the fried jalapeños are a treat. The place is clean and comfortable, and every table is well stocked with ketchup, mustard, and napkins.

Ate at the 1960/249 store. The raspberry tea spit out a slimy booger looking thing in my cup and the haystack onions were swimming in black grease. Boy do I wish I could put a picture, it was nasty! 11 bucks down the drain. I wont return even if it was free. Seriously worried about health issues.

I love the milkshakes, theyre made with actual milk and ice cream, not that icy stuff that you cant suck up with a straw at other places or that yucky goo from McDonalds that they call a milkshake. The shift manager Alex is super friendly. He. Remembered. My. Name. When. Nobody. Else. Would. 5/5.

I love onion strings. These arevthe worse things i have ever had. Serving size fit into a fourth cup measuring cup. They ware so laden with grease they soaked through the bag. They were soggy and bitter. So disappointed. Burger was fair at best.

Tiny hamburger for 6 bucks and then they charge fries seperate like if they were some special item for like 4 bucks and then if you want it drink it comes out to like 13 bucks. If Want to leave hungry and take a dent in your wallet come here

they are hit or miss. sometimes the did is hour and delicious and other time I wish I had went somewhere else. I do like their diverse menu options but hit or miss quality and prices make me prefer not to go there
