Ok. Youve heard, "dont judge a book by its cover" but really dont. This place is hidden away in a random complex off of Highway 6 but its a good place to try if youre craving fresh burgers. I absolutely dislike the decor or lack thereof. I wish it had a friendly vibe so it felt more like a fun burger joint, as opposed to a cafeteria. But look past all of this. The menu offers you whatd you expect of a burger place. The meals are a steal. You get a great amount of food for a reasonable price AND you have access to their topping bar for no additional charge. I wish the place has more specialty items on the menu like spicy fries slathered in their "house" sauce with meat or something. I like the concept of the metal trays-- makes it easy for kids and cleanup after. The service was good. They could use some music or anything to liven up the place. I think it has a lot of potential to be a great family restaurant if they worked on their presentation. Otherwise, if you live in the area, stop on by! Looks can be deceiving.

The food I gave it 5 stars but the customer service is horrible.I called in to pick up 2 burgers beef and turkey.And i ended up paying for 3 burgers.The teenager girl cashier was taking my order with Very heavy accent.I reapeted beef and turkey burgers though the phone.When I came to pick up my fault I didnt look at the receipt and signed it.I looked in the bag and it had 3 burgers and she was telling me I said Fish.I told her 2 burgers not 3 and I said beef not fish.Instead of saying sorry.She gave me an attitude and started to argue with me while I was being very nice about it.Even the lady owner has bad attitude when the last time I went there I forget to tell her I want it with cheese.Instead of add few more cent for cheese on my card she gave me a look.I had really unpleasant feeling when I left that place.

Family owned business that cares about its patrons. Ive ate here many times but have only had an issue one time with this restaurant. They were apologetic and did everything to make sure that I was satisfied with my visit. The burgers are very good and the service is outstanding. They have many different choices. I get a 1/3 pound beef with bacon, grilled jalapeños and avocado. They do a very good job of using fresh ingredients. Will continue to dine here.

My family and I have been going here since they opened and have always had great service and great food! My husband is a chef (and has been for over 25 years) and feels that the turkey burgers here give higher priced restaurants a run for their money! Portions are large so we split the fries and Robert always remembers our usual order with any special extras we normally add. Really nice family establishment. :)

Every time I come to this place, Im greeted by friendly staff and always served in diligently and courtesy manner. The food is great and deliciously cooked the way I like it every time. Love the fact there is a bar on the side to add almost anything to customize how I want my food. The burgers are good, but sides like fries, tater tots, cheese sticks are all from frozen bags like found at Kroger.

3 stars because at the very least the place was clean and had fresh toppings, patty was obviously a frozen patty, cheap crinkle cut fries, the bun was the best part of the burger. Fudruckers is Fudruckers and there just isnt anything better than that. Overpriced for the Quality but i am a small business supporter so give it a shot and maybe your taste buds arent as picky as mines.

Nice large hamburger buns...perfectly cooked hot and grilled hamburger patty..looked great and tasty....salad very fresh and chrisp...fresh meaty tomatoes...and garnishes.....make your sandwich with all the fixens...open till 9....these are nice size burgers...one patty will do...my brother had the chili on his...loved it...

A new near-by favorite! A nice cozy little place that rivals burger places that we love like Fuddruckers. And whats better, its up the street! Good prices, great food. Their chilli cheese fries are on point! Staff is really nice also! And we love the House Sauce. Will go here anytime we dont know what we want to eat.

Cheap cafeteria style burger joint including decor and their food. I had a double cheeseburger, frozen patty that was well over cooked along side frozen crinkle cut fries. Definitely over priced for the low quality. Doing fresh patties with fresh cut fries is not difficult and is what I expect from a burger joint.

The Burger House is one of my favorite places to get a good meal. The chicken sandwich is amazing, and their buns are homemade. The fries are normal crinkle cut fries, but they put their own seasoning on them, and that is what makes them great. I eat at their location near Houston Hobby Airport quite often.

A Massive burger, superfresh toppings and lots of tots on the side. I really enjoyed the home made bun. I couldve just eaten that. The beef patty did not seem home made but I devoured it anyway. I usually cant eat a whole burger, especially one that size but I couldnt help myself.

Really good burgers at an affordable price. Good Staff. Nothing outrageous on the menu but they have a good core of what you need from a burger joint. Well worth your time to stop in when you want a burger but dont want greasy fast food.

If you and your family hungry and on a budget go right on down the street to panda express. Get you a decent flavorful meal for under $10 per person. This place is okay with price but the food is a dissapointment. Would not recommend.

Ive been going here since they opened, and honestly this is far by the best burger joint ever! Its so close to my house and my family members love going here as well, might not have best decor but the food is totally worth it :)

Love the freshness! Home made buns that are huge. Burgers are phenomenal. I had the 1/3 pound with mushrooms combo. Fries have a great seasoning. I have also had their fried shrimp before. Its was good as well. Great place!

I had the turkey burger and it was probably one of the best Ive tasted. The fried was a bit stale not very crisp. The special sauce make up for it though. Definitely recommend, freshly made burger still beat fast food

Its a Chinese burger place, kind a mini Fuddruckers style. Its ok, better than Whataburger than what isnt. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, onions, catsup, mustard, all the same stuff...it ok.!

I go there at least every week to get my burger fix, food is definitely on point along with the House sauce. Highly recommended for a cheap burger joint!
