I had picked up a night shift at the hospital I work at and my kids were hungry so I decided to just order in. I found burgers text grill online and saw they delivered and thought that would be a great alternative to cooking for the night. I ordered the food at 4:30. The confirmation told me it would be delivered between 5:20- 5:30. About 10 mins later I got a text saying my food was being prepared and it should be delivered between 5:30- 5:40. I thought that was awesome they kept me updated, even had a tracker on the site. 6:00 rolls around it still had not been delivered. My children where starting to complain they were hungry so I called to find out how much longer. I called near 20 times with no answer. So I drove the 15 mins to the store to find that it was closed and they are not open on Sundays. So I checked my bank statement to see if I got charged for the food despite the fact that they are not open. Not only was a charged, I was over charged. The confirmation I got on email said my meal was $78. I got charged $98. So wasted time waiting on the food, driving there, still had to pick up food and drop it off with my family and run out the door and was still late to work without eating dinner. I cant review how the food tastes because never got it and probably never will. Not a place we will be trying to eat from again.

I am a HUGE burger fan. Admittedly Fudruckers is my favorite place to get a burger but this place comes really close. This was my 2nd time I ordering online. The First time the food was okay on a scale from 1-10 I would give them a 6.5 or 7. The second time my sister and I ordered. I got a Burger with American cheese, bacon and fried egg. I rate this as a 8.5 or 9. My sister had the BLT but unfortunately Yelp listed it as a burger when it was supposed to be a sandwich. Burger Tex Grill did not disappoint though. After they called to tell us of the mistake on the listing they still were kind enough to make it a burger for the same price. My sister gives this BLT Burger mistake a 9 and definitely wanted to order from them again. What I love- -I love that you are able to order online and the delivery charge is not insane. It was just $2.99 when I ordered. -I love the various options they give you with your food. With a Burger they offer a variety of cheeses, you can add a 1/3 lb Burger Patty, fried egg, & Avocado just to name a few. -Their portions are very filling. What I did not like- - It was a tad greasy but even still was not terribly bad. The taste was not effected by this and was still pleasant to eat. Over all I really like this place and I would like to order from them again.

I recently had a bad experience with a delivery order. They for got my iced tea. They also left avocado off one of the burgers on my order. Those two are understandable. But the real problem was the pathetic "Blackened Tilapia Sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever received in my entire life, bar none. When one orders a Blackened Tilapia sandwich, one expects it to be actually blackened. It was lightly sprinkled with sparse seasonings and grilled for a few minutes. Not even a trace of golden brown, not even close to blackened. I emailed management to express my concerns. I received a phone call from a gentleman to advised me they had never ever received a complaint about their Tilapia Sandwich. He proceeded to advise me that their Fish Cook had been specially trained on all types of Fish. I wonder where the simple basic process of blackening fish is not part of the training. His tone was incredulous and very condescending. As if I was the one who didnt know what I was talking about. I will never go there for food, nor will I suggest that anyone waste their time or their money here. The Tilapia sandwich is pathetic, and the complaint resolution skills of management are even worse. If I could give this place negative 4 stars, I would

Ive experienced the Burger Tex at the Eldridge/529 location so finding another one so close to home was even better! Food was excellent! I had the Cypress Grill burger and it was awesome! The jalapeño bread tasted fresh and delicious! The wife had the Texan Burger....Also on point! Very filling burgers! Restaurant was quiet and cozy, loved it! Kid section had plenty of toys and things for kids to tinker with! Although the food was incredibly tasty, the best part of our experience wasnt the food, it was the service... Roy treated us like family; he engaged us in constant conversation and ensured our meals were up to par! Were definitely coming back to this location!! Good food, great and quiet atmosphere, and AWESOME service! Shout-out to Roy for making our visit so great!!

My boyfriend and I finished working a long day and needed food fast. We went to try this place because we are tired of fast food and really needed a good hot meal that would fill us up quick. I got a burger with mushrooms and onions, he got their buffalo chicken sandwich. My burger came out well done even though I specified medium. His chicken sandwich was like child sized. Smaller than a chicken tender thrown in a bun and it tasted like it was reheated. Their toppings were not fresh either. We were kind of nervous about ordering when we walked in since there was no one there and the restaurant itself was dirty looking and had strange conflicting themes. Should have followed our instincts and just gone to Jack in the box for the price and the food quality... Wont be back!

I love Burger Tex at 10750 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, TX. The Meat is always good here, but the Bun is half the experience. They bake their buns fresh every morning. It is a build it your self fixins bar that makes it perfect. Lots of fresh lettuce, tomatoes JALAPENOS, onions, pickles and even cheddar cheese sauce which I like on my crispy french fries. Top this off with a 120" TV on ESPN and you got a great place to eat lunch. They have also added some nice Korean food to the mix. I got the dumplings last week. I ordered 12...should have gotten six. Still took half of them home and ate them the next day. Good stuff. Prices are low and quality is high. Check it out.

There is another Burger Tex in Austin, but I like this one better. Its not the Nicest Newest Hippest place, but usually the best burger places arent! AND they make some of the best burgers in town! On top of that they have DELIVERY! The owner loves to connect with the customers and will accommodate whatever is needed. I cant see how someone can get a bad burger here unless it was simply on an off day. I highly recommend this place. Its definitely a hidden Gem in the cypress area. This place is clean, burgers are good, customer service is great, and if you live or work locally, you can get burgers delivered to your doorstep.

I just recently moved to the area and got a delivery from burger tex grill. i got to say, i was pretty happy with my meal. they definetly have huge burgers and are not shy about their sides. it was alot of food for a considerably moderate price. the young man was polite and explained to me how the menu works. i got all my condiments on the side. the bun was soft and fresh. meat was juicy. best part about it, i love the small mom and pop restaurants. everything tasted awesome. definetly recommend it to others. you can add whatever toppings you like. even serve pastrami on the burgers!!!!!!!!!
