The one star is simply a formality as I was politely told to F off the only two times I came to eat here. Let me tell you the story of the most recent time I came to eat here. Im getting off my shift here at 12:30 with my friend, and taco bell is one of the few places open near me that has vegan options, so I decide to hit the drive thru before heading home. The time is 12:40 and they close at 1:00 AM, my friend is driving us. When we pull up to the menu/intercom, a man with a speach impediment begins to tell us something we cant understand and we ask him to repeat. "The system is down and it wont be back up for about 15 or 20 minutes, please pull through and park in a parking space." My friend stops and looks at me and I nod my head no. He turns back and says "it seems like you guys are closing in 20 minutes, will you still take our order when we come back through, or should we just pull to the window for you?" The response we got was that we wouldnt be served. My friend pulled up to the window and we waited for 4 minutes before someone came to the drink machine to empty the ice (I am including a picture of him) and we knocked on the window and he simply continued to ignore us and began smirking. With three people behind us waiting, we decided to leave. I know this is just BS because last time the same thing happened. So I wouldnt look at Taco Bells hours of operation as concrete in any way. Before considering the Taco Bell on Frazier street, I would consider other restaurants that will be able to provide food without wasting your time. Many restaurants would like your money and so they dont train their employees on how to close early. The picture included and the story is from approximately 12:45 on 6/21/16

Ive been here 4 times in the last month ... They have got my order wrong several times .. but .. I had still given them 4 stars... Tonight however .. I asked to dine in... It was fixed to go, asked for a soft taco it was crunchy, when I got the soft taco it had a teaspoon of meat on it, I asked for the double chalupa to be spicy it wasnt, I checked the receipt.. it was all correct on the receipt..????... They closed the dining room while I was here and myself and 2 other customers were asked to leave .. They said we needed to hurry and finish because it was after dining room hours and they were afraid they would get in trouble, I was shown a Burrito by the other customer that had hardly any meat on it... Strange, I guess I will find a different Taco Bell to go to around Conroe... I try to be very fair about my reviews, I have done over 170 some reviews on Google Maps... Not sure what happened here tonight.. But sure they missed the mark...

At first I was impressed. Ever since then Ive become a regular. Im a picky eater so Im not thrilled when I get a surprise bite of lettuce and tomatoes. Over time theyve gotten more and more sloppy. Im to a point where Im angry now. My burrito looks as if it was dropped and the beans splattered out of it. Each time it gets worse and worse. I havent been complaining bc I dont want to be difficult but Im pretty irritated, especially since the customer service is never that great. It certainly wasnt tonight.

The inside is always clean, and the food is always good. Ive never had a problem with the food itself. However, the drive thru line is a wreck, since it takes longer to get your food in their drive thru than it does when just going inside and getting your food. I timed it once to make sure I wasnt hallucinating. The same car was sitting in the drive-thru when I pulled up and parked as when I left with my food in hand. Thats not a good deal when you are called a "Fast Food" restaurant.

terrible the manager is a total ass . i order a vegan burrito and guac n chips and there was cheese in it ! i went back and politely told them what happend the manager then told me i was having attitude and she wouldnt re make the food instead shegave me my money back and was screamimg at me to get out . she also made comments about how my i was raised wrong ?? sumone really needs to fire her

The food is good. The guy that has been here for long is a good employee. But hes staff sucks! They are incredibly slow. I been waiting on drive-tru literally 20min without my order being taken. Its ridiculous. I wrote this whole review after waiting the 20min. Cant go back or foward because of cars. I dont know what I would do if I needed to go in an emergency... PLEASE UPGRADE STAFF!!!

Taco Bell is like that addiction no one like. Each and everytime you, youll always tell yourself your never going there again but the every next day you want to get some Taco Bell. Youre always talking about how bad it is but you order it because your broke AF and need the money......

when i go through the drive thur my foods always freakin messed up !?!!! Seriously yall if your making a burrito fill it all the way to the end. Yall work on FRAZIER , yall will always be busy . But overall the food is awesomee , but sometimes too greesy. Ekk! :)

I usually come to this Taco Bell because the food is always hot sometimes the wait can be very long through drive thru I tried their breakfast for the first this morning the cashier Kimberly didnt really provide good customer she obviously had attitude.

The flavor is always good but the service at this location is total crap. Always missing food and then having the manager and staff call you a liar because they failed to give you a receipt and refuse to fix it. Were finding a different Taco Bell.

I love taco bell, but check your order. I ordered 2 beef and cheese xxl burrito and I hate rice . guess what it was loaded with , more than the beef. You got it RICE. I was on the road so I could not go back, or I would have.

Theyre not paying attention to what you order, I had to repeat multiple times what I wanted, then pulled up payed, they have me the bag with no receipt And again they didnt gave me what I payed for. Worst service ever....

Taco bell is always a great snack! When they get your order right! Make sure you check your bag before you leave because they usually forget 1 thing if you have a large order lol. But the food is always made fresh :-)
