The employees seem to have other more important things on there mindes how hard is it to get this order correct #1 with cheese no tomatoes whatasize with a Dr pepper easy ice went through the drive thru got home and my burger has TOMATOES on it I know to most people its nothing just take them off I would but Im allergic to them so when I ask that they be left off I have good reason I think Im going to stop complaining and the next time it happens Im just going to file attempted murder charges on the manage on duty the District Manager and the employee that screwed up the order THANK YOU

This Whataburger location has literally never gotten my burger order correct. Ever. Mayo, pickles, lettuce only is not a hard order. There is always something wrong, whether its mustard or tomatoes on my burger or even two bottom buns (its happened). Furthermore service is rude. I swore them off after 2.5 years of incorrect orders. Ive not been back since, but generally enjoy other Whataburger locations.

Terrible!! Ate inside. A line of 8 people but no employee was at the counter taking orders. Finally placed our order. The credit card machine was not functioning so some customers left. Got our order after a long wait and one burger was dressed wrong. Giving one star because the lady who was apparently in charge was very apologetic and gave us a chit for a future meal.

Used to be a great location. They were fast and had 2 lanes open. Now they are slow, one lane and mess up orders all the time. I asked for picante this morning at the window and she literally put 32 salt packets and 20 pepper packets in my bag. I had a breakfast sandwich, not sure why she would think anyone needed the much salt and pepper.

I generally have good things to say about whataburger, but when you order a double meat, double cheese, you dont expect to get a single patty! Is it that hard? You shouldnt have to double check your order before you leave the drive through, but I damn sure will next time and hold up the line doing so!!

Every time I go, they screw up something. Whether they give me the wrong order, put something on I asked them to cut, give me medium when I ask for large, give me the wrong drink, and most recently: my burger wasnt cooked all the way, I found out after one bite. Ill just stick to their neighbor, Cains.

Many a late night I found myself getting food here, because it was the only option close to where I was living. This location isnt the fastest, but thats the overall expectation for Whataburger. Staff is friendly, and this location can get quite busy, especially in the mornings.

I sat in line to get breakfast 37 minutes. The people behind me went to lane B and got there food before i did. When i got mine it was cold. Thats why they call it fast food. Need someone in there that knows whats going on!

Sometimes the service can be slow if there is a line and they do occasionally make a mistake on my order but the staff always has a smile and are always happy to make it right.
