Had craving for fried chicken and was in the vicinity. Just wanted chicken so ordered an box of chicken to go. They took our order and told us to have a seat and they would bring our food to us. We had waited a few minuted when one of the ladies told us that a fresh batch of chicken would be coming out in 15 minutes; would we care to wait. We said we wouldnt mind. While we waited we were offered complimentary drinks. When our chicken was ready we were given a dozen dinner rolls as compensation for our wait. While we didnt eat from the buffet my wife was offered a sample of the fried fish. She said it was very good. The buffet looked good so we will try that soon. The staff was very friendly. This was our first visit but we will be back soon.

I love hartz but this hartz is dirty. The tables and chairs and high chairs feel sticky. The famous delicious rolls are always freaking hard. The food is not good. Always taste old or over cooked. The people who work there are rude. And they charge for 2 year olds. Like not even chinese buffets do that. The hartz in the woodlands doesnt charge for 2 yr old. Call and you will see. Call both places. Recently we moved to conroe so this is the hartz we unfortunately have. Been to this place 2 times, I figured mayve the second time it would be better NOPE. Definitely not going back.

Staff: Unprofessional Food: Not fresh The fish was so overcooked and burnt, I couldnt tell where the actual meat began, it was so crispty crunchity it, crumbled and tasted like fish chips. Even the most famous yeast rolls were cold and dry. Never will I eat at this particular location again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I show up here at 1030 doors are locked and they dont even have the buffet ready walking around like a bunch of sloths half the buffet is missing im just standing here waiting
