Huge disappointment, have seen the commercials and have wanted to eat at a Firehouse for years just never lived close enough. The girl taking our order was slow, we both had to repeat ourselves several times and she still didnt get our order right. Why oh why do some restaurants always seem to have the unsupervised trainee working when I get there. The food was OK though it took more time to make than it should have. All in all I feel Firehouse Subs is average quality and overpriced, there is really nothing special that stood out to justify their prices, I could have gotten the same food at a Subway AND watch them make it thus guaranteeing its how I ordered it. A place like this (relying on the franchise name to keep the door open) may be ok in an area without much dining choice but in the Conroe area you are nuts if you think average will do.

After my wife ordered 2 fountain waters, the cashier Jill J told her it would be $4.31. After she came back and told me I called the store from my car and they said they dont charge for fountain waters. At this point I went back inside and politely asked why we were charged the $4.31 for tap water. Jill J immediately got defensive and said that she had to charge for cups. She then turned to a fellow employee and asked them and she said they give water cups for free.. I also told Jill J I had called and asked about the price of water and the gentlemen told me it was free. $4.31 is not going to break me.. But the fact that they charged for tap water when our party purchased food as well, And then got defensive when I brought it up is. I definitely dont plan on visiting anytime soon

Usually this place is great but this time (07/23/2017, 2:00pm) it was anything but. First off they got one of our orders wrong. We wanted a Hero but got a steak sandwich. The whole time we were there the Coke machines drain must have been clogged cuz it was overflowing and running all over the floor. No one the entire time we were there attempted to mop up the water. I will probably go back but this visit was the worst I ever had at this location.

Been here for almost an hour waiting with several others waiting for our orders. Miss customer relations is on the register yelling at every one the line is along the counter. The only"line" at the time was our party trying to place oou order. The floors are filthy. Our order was just delivered and it is wrong. On 3 out of 4 of the sandwiches. I doubt Ill be back

Ive been here a few times. This time, I had the "Club on a Sub" with some chips and it was good. Its a nice, clean store. Great if you want something different from your standard fare sandwich shops. My only gripe is that I was there for a business lunch, and theres no Free Wi-Fi. Ultimately, it didnt affect my meal. So as far as food goes, its a great spot to eat.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Place looked fully staffed. Everyone too busy talking with one another. I had a to go order. Worst part after leaving I took a bite out of my sandwich and the chicken breast was so raw I couldnt even bite into it. Disgusting!

First time there was good I ordered a meatball sub ; which was amazing. The night crew was super friendly and cracking Dad jokes. thank you Briana, Lenna Rebeca, and Dylan sorry if i spelled your names wrong. Im definitely coming back again!!

Good was good. Service not so good. My first visit. Asked about $3.99 special. Cashier pointed to board on wall said any of these. I picked one was charged $4.29 asked why told that one was more. End of conversation. Not a good taste left.

Food is good but do not be in a hurry they are slow I dont understand why it takes so long just to make a sandwich 20 minutes is the minimum I have waited to pickup my food and its not rush hour every time I go there

Worst place in conroe . Waited over an hour after ordering for sandwich do not go to this store!!!!!! They also turned away a bus load of people and told them to goto subway...unreal stay away!!!!

They were havivg a ton of problems, drink dispenser was broke, their oven was broke, and when we got our food a roach decided to dine with us.(gross). They have really gone down hill.

The hot subs tend to be a bit on the greasy side but taste good otherwise. This location is a little slow as the kids spend just a bit too much time talking.
