I took my girlfriend here for a late night meal last month (Dec. 2015) right before the holidays. Since it was after midnight, the place was practically empty, so we were greeted very enthusiastically. Now before I get to the problem, I would like to say that the service we received was great; our server, Eva, was very helpful and nice and did everything that she could for us. The problems came from the kitchen...when my girlfriend received her salad, we noticed a weird, coarse black hair near the edge of her plate. We let our server know, and she apologized profusely and took it off the check. Shortly after, however, we got our drink refills only to find ANOTHER hair wrapped around the glass held in place by the condensation...Ive never had that happen twice in one sitting. The food tasted fine overall; I ordered some of the cider-glazed boneless wings and it looked like they were thrown together pretty hastily even though they werent the least bit busy. Nice service with decent food in a fun part of town; just dont know if I could come back here after the whole hair situation...

The quality of this location has declined over the years. On one visit me and my girlfriend were greeted by the host and he asked us how we were doing. I replied "Im doing good", my girlfriend who didnt hear him over the background noise said "table for two please". He then replied "Table for two, is how your doing?" Couldnt believe how rude and snooty the young man was, so we turned around and walked out. Second visit, it took over an hour to get food for six people on a Sunday where the restaurant had no wait time and by no means was busy. This is what REALLY GOT ME UPSET... I tipped over %20 of my bill. They charged transaction to my account and two days later reversed and added on another %20 to the total tip and cost of my meal. This is stealing. I dont care how much money it is, its the principle of the thing. I will never eat here again, I will copy this review to as many review sites as I can. If you are considering eating here, DONT.

The staff and the service was prompt, accurate and friendly! That rating alone was 5 stars! Its the new "endless appetizers" deal that sucks. Theyre promoting this deal for $10, and you get plenty of QUANTITY. QUALITY? Well, not so much. It was obvious they chose the cheapest ingredients to promote for this deal. The chicken bbq flatbread, meatballs and potato skins were lousy. They were not even warm when the server brought them out, and they were all extremely salty. Some of the potato skins were just that...SKIN. They were empty with a little cheese melted on the bottom. They also dont tell you that the servings get ridiculously smaller after the first order. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for. Youre gonna get plenty of food for your 10 bucks, but its not worth the disappointment, or constantly calling the waiter back to "fix" it.

The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because their manager was Nice. I did the to go. I ordered Chicken pasta and the chicken was over cooked and rubbery and noodles were hard and had like no sause on them. My 4yr old daughter who is a meat head wouldnt touch it at all. She took one bite and ran to the trash. I also ordered sirloin steak med/ rare as it was cooked inside like it should be, it lacked flavor and was cold. My sides were mash potatoes which were okay and mac n cheese which the noodles were hard and had like no cheese sause but like a tbl spoon of shredded cheese /breadcrumbs. My appetizer was fried green beans which was okay but the lady said it came with ranch and it was horse radish. This has to be the Worst food I have ever tried.

We kept seeing to Endless Apps app on TV. So we decided to give it a try. Our server Lauran helped us with our journey , she which ones an I replied lets try them all. This way we could find the ones we like. Be warned you try them all you will get very full (((our fav)) was the Pot Stickers , meatballs, The Jack Daniels boneless wings, Quesadillas. We only had one complaint (( no one was at the Hostess station we had to wait with the place very empty at 2:30 pm. Lauran kept our drinks full never had to ask an she kept a pleasant smile , thats a plus with .me. Well give it a try.

The service was great, but was really upset about the food portions! I ordered a 4 oz steak with a salad, which ended up being about a tacos worth of steak. I told the waiter which to his surprise, he went to ask the kitchen about it. they wanted to charge me for a whole another steak instead of giving me the advertise portion. I refuse to ever return to such a stingy spot! I had to make a second stop just to enjoy a full meal.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THIS LOCATION AT LEAST. I WAS SITTING AT A BOOTH, JUST ORDERED MY TEA, WHEN A VERY LARGE ROACH CRAWLED FROM ONE SIDE OF THE TABLE TO THE OTHER. WE JUMPED OUT OF OUR SEAT SO QUICK. WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT....TRUST ME! IT WASNT YOUR TYPICAL SMALL HOUSE ROACH..THIS THING WAS HUGE AND QUICK. OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WERE SITTING AROUND US ALSO LEFT. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT OR ANY TGI FRIDAYS EVER!!!!..

This was a first time visit and after the nasty food it is a last time for me and my family. Waitress was good sweet and helpful however the food was horrible. Some of my chicken wings were chewy. I felt as if I was trying to eat gum. Took forever for food to come out and the place wasnt even busy. They forgot one of my fiances apps which took forever waiting for. This is one Fridays we wont be back to.

Ribeye tasted like liver. Water tastes like it came straight out of the sewer. Appetizers were slow to arrive. Ribs and fried shrimp were good. Spinach flatbread was ok. Potato wedges were ok. I like that kids can get a salad as their side. Spinach side was good. Tomato and mozzarella salad wasnt that great. After spending the money we did Id expect better.

They infringe on my 2nd amendment right to concealed carry so I will not be going back. So be advised, they dont just have the bar area restricted, its the whole restaurant. Ive had hit or miss service at this location so it really isnt a terrible loss, although I will miss the pretzel appetizers and somebody the Jack Daniels sauce meals.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Took an hour and a half to get our food. Food comes out luke-warm and dry! We proceed to call a manager to try and understand why it took so long and the reason according to the manager was one of person at our table ordered an egg on his burger! His solution was to take off the 18% gratuity charge .

This Fridays seems a bit more upscale than others, and I had great service when I visited. The food is cooked a little better and seems a tad fresher as well. The endless apps promotion is really cool, but you need to get at least 3 of them to justify the price, any less and you are wasting money.

Do not sit in the bar area during lunch time. The waitress sucks and is very rude. I feel that every server needs a tip but i didnt leave her one. This is my second time hete with this waitress and she has been the same every time. She walks off when youre talking to her, just bad service.
