I hate to leave bad reviews, and hate when people leave ridiculous bad reviews. I wait tables, and have waited tables at 3 restauraunts and managed 1. I want to give the staff the opportunity to talk to me first. Today i order to go. I order, and have ordered to go from this same b dubs every tuesday for years. And we occasionally sit down to eat as well. I was excited when they started offering happy hour apps from 3 to 7 pm. It ysed to be 3 bucks, now its 4, so what. For a while, as long as i asked, i got the happy hour price on my app to go. Then one day i look at my reciept and realize i was charged the full price. I questioned and was told it does that automatically for to go now, but as long as i asked i got the happy hour price. Ive also been told it would be easier to order from a server, kinda defeats the purpose of calling ahead. Anyways, Ive done this many times. 3 bucks is 3 bucks. That over 100 bucks a year, why not right? Today i pick up and pay and realize i forgot to ask. No big deal, i asked for the price via a credit back, or ill take it off my next order. The cashier tells me i will have to sit down and eat it. Really? I just want the same deal everyone else gets. Why should i have to sit down and eat it? I hope b dubs management sees this and asks themselves that question. So it would be better for me to take up a table just for that? Makes no sense. Ok... policy is policy. So i ask the cashier to grab the manager, samantha. He walks over to her, they talk, he then comes back and says she said no. Thats it. Apparently she was too busy holding down the host stand, talking the the congregation of servers. She is 10 feet from me, sees me, looks away and walks off. Doesnt have the courtesy to talk to me. Samantha was obviously too busy. Again, i work in a restauraunt, so if the answer is just no, come tell me. What am i supposed to do? I love b dubs, but i dont like being brushed off like that.

This location should fire everyone and start over. They were not busy when we were there. 4 workers standing at front seated us immediately . We waited 20 min. And no one came for our drinks . We told one of the numerous waitresses that passed our table that we needed drinks and a waitress . She left and we sat there 10 more minutes without anyone coming . We went to the 4 people in front , who were still just standing there talking to each other , told them we still had not been waited on . And then we had a waitress finally come to our table . We gave our order and 30 minutes went by . We have now been there an hour and no food . We had a movie to catch in 30 minutes (which we had tickets already ). So we get up to leave and waitress starts coming with food . We told her we had to leave to get to the movie on time and they ruined our dinner . She chuckled and said Ill tell a mngr. We followed her to the mngr and told him we waited a half hour for drinks and half hour for wings . He said dont worry about paying for drinks , (which was 3 waters and 1 child drink and one coke .) Then The waitress that thought it was funny we waited so long asked us if we wanted to take the food to go . I said were going to the movies , why would I take the food to go . I know they have bugs to work out but ....come on . Its not the first Buffalo Wild Wings. .

The last two times I have been there the wait staff was terrible. One time I had to wait several minutes while a waiter hit on the bartender before I could order a beer she told me that if I wasnt going to sit at the bar she couldnt serve me because she cant regulate how much I drink even though I just walked into the place. So I sit with my friend. The waiter eventually comes by and rakes my drink order. We move to the bar eventually. The other time I ask of we can sit at a table that had a power outlet. The guy said sure but was rude about it, then slams his hands on the table and ask what do I want as soon as I sit down. He didnt know what they had on tap which is fine but he acted like a child when he pulled the menu out to show me while saying there were to many for him to remember. The whole time having an attitude. He eventually comes back to take our order but says the we were killing him because we moved tables. He was very impatient and takes our order while "he has a chance". We see him again when he brings the check. Terrible service the last two times there. The wings were barely covered in sauce and the food made me sick.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, WITHOUT ANY SOLITION!! I called with two pick up orders. One of them I needed to pay using my card number because my card was not with me physically. Knowing that some places will not do this method of payment, I asked the girl that took my order TWICE, if she could manually enter the numbers for payment. SHE TOLD ME "SURE, YES, THAT IS FINE." I go there, I spend my lunch break waiting for the orders, then I am told that they CANNOT manually enter my card number for payment.... the same girl who told me yes, then tells me that it is not possible. Even after I confirmed, and she confirmed, that I DID ask her over the phone, the girl standing next to her...(I assume was the manager) shrugged her shoulders at me and says "sorry theres nothing that I can do." Mind you I asked prior to my arrival )and she had the opportunity to tell me NO), and I am nine months pregnant... so I used my whole lunch break to be told NO in the end, and to return to work with no lunch. My family and I will not be back. I am sad that Google is even forcing me to give this experience 1 star so that I can submit it.

I really liked BWW, however, when I called in an order for pick up, i can honestly say it was a crappy experience. The girl on the phone was half courteous. And when I arrived to pick up my order, the girls at the to-go counter were very rude and unfriendly. Also, there were 3 other young people, that were obviously the to-go girls friends, there, hanging around the desk and giving me dirty looks. It was very uncomfortable, and it took a very long time for me to recieve my order that she said was done when I originally asked. The food tastes pretty good. The complaint is on the crappy attitude and customer service of the employees. I get it if your eager to get off; but customers shouldnt be treated like a nuisance because of it. Idk if that was the case. Eithere way. Horrible customer service. Uncomfortable first impression and greeting. This is not the first time Ive had rude cashiers or servers. It makes me feel as though Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole doesnt give two shits about how thier customers are treated. But ESPECIALLY in Conroe Texas
