What an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! I sat in the bar drinking beer with a friend for 2 hours. I ordered takeout food for my wife and kids one hour in. 42 minutes later (yes, I kept the time on my cell phone!!!) the food comes out because I THREATENED to cancel the order and go to CHIKFILA!!! Magically, it comes out 5 minutes later!!! What an absolute joke!!! I get home with the food. The order was 3/4 correct. My burger was correct as was my kids with the chicken strips. My wifes was WRONG, they gave her a kid chicken strip AND DUMPED honey bbq sauce in the box, versus putting the damn sauce on wings!!! ALL OF THE FOOD WAS REFRIGERATOR COLD!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND WE WILL ABSOLUTELY LEAVE TERRIBLE COMMENTS ON GOOGLE, YELP, WHATEVER! This is a joke. We hadnt been here in months because of the terrible service and food quality, give it another shot and it still FAILS MISERABLY. What a shame. A great location failed by crummy management, training and staff!!!!!! You really need to re-evaluate this location. It use to be great, but management has ruined it. There is no reason to go here when there are other locations within 10 miles that far exceed this horrible experience. Im beyond frustrated after spending $20 in the bar area and $30 on food. WHAT A JOKE, thats all that can be said. Disappointment is not the right word, utter catastrophe is better!!!!!

I forgot the name of the server. She was blond. She said she messed up our dine-in orders 4 times but eventually got us what we ordered somewhat close. I ordered a to-go order of 12 asian zings. Got home 2hrs later and there is just one small box with 6 wings. I called the store expecting an apology and whoever it was that picked up the call asked me what I want to do like she is in shock or smth...twice. A simple "sorry" would have sufficed. So now Im thinking it wasnt just our server that was dumb and clueless but maybe every employees at this location is more or less the same. I could just let it go since it was no big deal but what got me mad is their attitude. How stupid.....Now Im thinking maybe I should have checked my to-go order to make sure right there and then. Because of the location I would still go to this location but next time...I wont let it go so easily. *If you are an employee at Buffalo Wild Wings this specific location, please....tell your fellow workers to be "less" rude. Again, next time, I wont disappoint you with "never mind." Whoever it will be that messes up my order, I will make sure it is a BIG EFFING DEAL.

Thought Id pick up wings for my boyfriend and I to munch on during the football game this evening. In an effort to save time, I ordered the wings online on my lunch break at 3:30, with a pickup time just a bit after 7:00pm. Meaning they had roughly 4 hours to see the order and make the 20 boneless wings before I arrived. I also added special instruction that 15 were to be one flavor, and only 5 in the other. You know where this is going. I get there right on time, and after a brief talk with the cooks, the girl at the register says the wings are "still cooking", when i very clearly saw and heard the cooks say they didnt make my order. So I politely stand there and wait for over 15 minutes. There goes my saving time. Why did I order online even if they werent going to have it ready by the time I got there? After the 15 minute wait, she calls my name and shows me the wings, sauces evenly split rather than the 5 and 15 I had requested. Again, whyyy did I order online??? And on top of that, the dips that I had paid .60 cents each for werent anywhere to be found. Wow. Good job bdubs. Ill be going to Wingstop from now on.

I went to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings for my graduation lunch because it was close. My mom had given me a card which inside was a $100 bill. The waiter was impatient so we wanted to leave so we gathered everything and left. I got home and realized I had left the card with the money sitting on the table. So I quickly called them asking them desperately to search through the trash. The woman on the phone didnt really care about the situation so we drove back down there. My mom was talking to the manager of the place because I had to walk out before I ran to their back to search through the trash myself. My mom gave him her phone number and he said they would look through the videos and find out what happen. He also said he would call within 2 hours max. We never got a phone call, I had to call them the NEXT DAY and he refused to talk to me so I had to talk to one of the staff members which she was insanely rude to me. So Im out $100 and never going back to that place again.

Look, this is about the 5th time Ive been dragged to this place against my will. My husband loves the wings, but his wing-snobbery aside I can assure you that there is NOTHING on this menu worth eating. Nothing has ever made it to my table warm, much less hot. The food comes in pre-packaged bags from GOD KNOWS WHERE in the U.S. and yet they cannot even manage to warm something in this kitchen on a slow night in less than 55 minutes. I dont think Ive even actually ever gotten my entire order, or what I did order wasnt correct. Tonight was the last straw. I place a To Go order. Um, not even close. They werent quite sure how to get half my order out. I had to give their kitchen directions, because they couldnt understand their own pre-printed ticket. I JUST WANTED WINGS AND FRIES. Never again. My husband can learn to love someone elses frozen, pre-packaged wing sauce.

The 2 stars is because the food was good. Fries were cold. I asked my waitress for water 3 times and she kept leaving and never came back with my water. She only came to our table when we order and while we were eating and she was passing by. We couldnt even get her attention to get our check. When she took our order, my husband couldnt decide on his side, and she told him that Saturday is not the day to be indecisive. She laughed like it was a joke, but it bothered him. We flagged down another waitress so we could check out, her name was crystal (sp?) and she was nice and quick My husband, being one of the only 2 black men in the bar lounge last night, he couldnt help but feel like that was the reason we were ignored. I just HATE that he left there feeling like that. We will never go to this particular establishment again

If there were an option for no stars, i would give it. Our server "Meagan" had an absolute horrible attitude and gave horrible service. She didnt greet us, asked "is that it?" Multiple times while walking away before we could get a word out. My husband was able to stop her long enough to say "small order of carribean jerk" before she just walked away so i got to order mine after waiting for 30 minutes for her to walk by again. Then, while placing my wings in front of me, she tossed them so half of them landed on the table and she just laughed about it and walked away. Our drinks never got refilled either. If you are craving wings, i suggest the Norman location.
