Id love to comment on their food, but they wouldnt wait on us. We came Hungry and left Hungry. We got there, and one of the cooks was just hanging off the steps in front (this should have been a clue) We asked the cashier if you put your orders in at the counter, or waitress comes, and she sent us to sit down. No one was waiting tables. Another couple and their daughter came in, same, went up to the cashier, was sent to sit. This time the cashier came and took both of our orders. Guess we made a mistake and ordered pasta instead of pizza. The couple got their order, brought out by a different girl, still no food for us. Another group of people came and sat, and the girl came and took their order. No one came to our table. Another family came in and they made a big effort to put lots of tables together for them, and sat them. When the couple that followed us was almost done eating, and the staff were giving the table that followed them breadsticks to tide them over, I asked if our food was almost done. They hadnt started it. The place was dirty, should have left right when we saw this, but we were tired and had a long drive home. Possibly a race issue? Everyone who got food was Caucasian. I have had bad service, but this takes bad up a notch. Avoid the place at all costs.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! Im not here to rate the food...because I never got any! My mother and I went there to get some pizza, waited for 2 hours, then were forced to leave! We ordered our food and they told us it would take about 30 minutes (which isnt that bad). 30 minutes passes by and we find out that our order slip was put in the wrong pile, and has stayed there while everyone after us has had theres worked on. This wasnt so bad, everyone makes mistakes and I would perfectly be okay with waiting just a little longer for our pizza. What they neglected to do though, was move our order from the pile, into the line of food being made. After about another hour and a half passing, my mother and I on the verge of insanity, and a hallway full of about 20 crowded people all trying to get pizzas at once...We decided to try to talk to someone of importance. We started talking to one of the chefs who just seemed to neglect us, I made a sarcastic side comment that he overheard, he insulted me and one thing lead to another...He gave us our money back and rudely forced us out of his "fine establishment"... Wasnt an overall good experience!

They NEVER answer their phone or are open during their posted hours....... I always call them first because I do like their pizza but they have easily lost over $100 from me and my pizza crazy family......I took it a couple blocks away to the vineyard who ALWAYS answers their phone. Also the place is dirty as others have mentioned, although I still go there....just sad though because if I owned a business it would be sparkling....its like they dont care Also they wouldnt sell me their sauce (which I like) by the quart......that made me just stop going there because its offensive considering how much pizza I have bought from them!

Horrible. They dont give a $@*# about their customers. Period. Every time it gets even remotely busy (4th of July week) they dont know how to handle it because they are never properly staffed and dont have enough food to support demand. This 2nd of 2 total times we will ever go to this dump, we inquired about seating so we could eat in, and we were told they are running out of cheese and were only handling call-in orders so we left. Pretty sure the poor souls waiting for their food still would find out after waiting for 2 hours that they would not get their food per usual.

Have eaten here a few times over the past year. Had dinner with my family on Saturday night. They were very busy but the wait was not too long . The restaurant was only serving pizza that night- nothing else. Pizza was good and service was ok. We paid with a debit card and left the restaurant. Somehow the charge on my card was for $10 more than the amount I signed for. Have contacted them and left my phone number and name several times- no calls back. Either the message has not reached the manager or they do not care. I guess I expected more and got less.

Ill say this " being a gal that loves good food and nice people, I am impressed." Our server, Chrys, was right there to welcome our party in. I didnt feel like I was in a restaurant. I almost felt like I was at a friends house. Thats how comfortable they made us feel. Out of 5 stars, I give them 50. Oh and there a volunteer lady there. Ill just say she was awesome as well. Now about the food. It was so good I ate way too much. I lost control in the land of delicious. Hats off Venezia

Located on Kalamazoo St close to Phoenix, it has seating inside and out. The Italian dishes are average, but if you like thin crust pizza order that. A very good pizza especially the supreme. The italian sausage on it has a great taste and with all the other toppings, you have an excellent pizza.

My fiance and I have been here several times and always have great service. The atmosphere is very casual and everyone is always friendly and prompt. My fiance loves Italian beef sandwiches and swears this is the best hes ever had! We both order one every time we go :)

Love thin crust and the vegetable pizza was so tasty-- we had no leftovers! Service was good too (pizza took about 30 minutes but we were informed when we ordered). Lots of take-out pizza kept them busy. Waitress kept our waters filled. We will be back.

I love the Italian beef sandwich!! People complaining obviously havent been to a lot of restaurants in south haven during the summer!! When you order pizza please keep in mind there are other orders ahead of yours and they have to go orders as well!

Comparable to frozen pizza. Had the tomato salad which was just a plate of sliced tomatoes, some raw white onion and shredded mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top (essentially the pizza toppings tossed on the plate for salad). Friendly enough service.

My family traveled up from Florida and we decided to give Venezia a try. The food was mediocre, at best. It took FOREVER and the server was not helpful at all. Everyones order came out wrong., We wont be going back.

Not a lot of great pizza in South Haven that Ive found. We gave Venezia a try with a take-out order. It was solid - toppings seemed fresh. Easy to get to and order was ready on time.

We ordered takeout and the food was ready within 15 Minutes. Solid pizza, a bit on the greasy side, but delicious nonetheless and the right thing after a long day at the lake.

Very understated family run spot. Friendly service and great food. The Venezia pizza is fantastic! Very homey interior. Dont expect fancy and youll leave happy!
