Terrible service. Was there over an hour before food came out on a Sunday mid morning when the place was over half empty. They advertise as "kid friendly" but do not have a kids menu. Requested water that we never received. Waitress was friendly, but very poorly trained. Ordered my burger well done...it arrived pink. Overall food was pretty good, but everything else is sub par. Management is HORRIBLE. Witnessed the owner speak to an employee in a very unprofessional way in clear view of customers. Our check was wrong and when we pointed it out to the lady who was running the place (owner I assume) she basically ignored us, began talking about us to her co-worker in another language ( a language I just happen to be fluent in) saying disrespectful things about my family. She then placed the correct check down on the counter and walked away never acknowledging us or apologizing. As she walked away I told her to have a nice day in her native language that she had just been "covertly" disrespecting my family in. The look on her face....PRICELESS! Needless to say I will not return. My recommendation is that you avoid this place. There are plenty of options for breakfast/lunch. Try a different one.

Under another set of new management, the third in about a year I think. The waitress I had said shed been there from the beginning and that these owners were far better than the last ones. Apparently the last ones only cared about profit, to the detriment of customer service. She said they lost a lot of their regular customers. Fortunately, the current regime seems to put more emphasis on service. The food is usually good, although I wouldnt recommend the omelet with avocado in it - maybe it was just a bad avocado, but it was not a good experience. Their skillets are all good, especially if you like that kind of thing.

I stopped by today for breakfast instead of driving all the way to Our Place and I shouldve made the drive. They werent busy but it took forever for my waitress to come over just to ask what I wanted to drink. The service was poor, my toast was cold, & my potatoes were stale from sitting under a heat lamp. I never received my water and I didnt get my coffee until after I received my food. I definitely will not be back.

Me and my family come here every Sunday morning for breakfast. I have no complaints whatsoever with this establishment. Great staff, great food, clean building. However, they are understaffed. They need another employee or two. Besides this, I give this place an A+.

The service could have been better, the wait for drinks and food was way to long the food when we finally got it was not all that good, in fact we didnt finish eating it. We left and went down the street and got burgers. Wil not go back there again.

Food is ok. The only thing I dont look is that they dont substitute any of the menu items. Im a vegetarian, so it would be helpful to be able to sub the sausage/bacon for something else when ordering combo plates.

Good homemade chicken fried steak, fair mashed red potatoes, great homemade salad dressing thousand island and ranch. Great service and $12.00 for lunch. I will come again. These are above average wait staff.

Forget IHOP and Oldwest. This is place to eat breakfast! The food was delicious, it didnt take too long, the service was great, and we were seated within 10 min on Sunday late morning.
