When first arriving here we were told there were no seats. We asked about outside seating the hostess said uhhhh yeah theres seats out there. Completely acted as if she did not want to seat us. We were stuck standing at the counter with her and our 3 kids, trying to discuss whether she was going to seat us or not. Even asked her at one point if we SHOULD eat there. She replied I dont know do you want to? Of course we wanted to! Finally just told her to sit us outside we already had the kids out. Told her we would need 2 high chairs, when seated asked for them again. Stood waiting, she never came had to get our own. Hot sauce and chips came out right away, we were told by the hostess the bar tender would wait on us. After 20 minutes we finally went back inside to ask him if he knew we were there. No one had ever told him. Service was great after that. Food was good. Wont go out of my way to return here due to the first encounter with the hostess. Honestly the worst hostess I have ever come across.

I have eaten here at least 10 times. They say one bad apple spoils the bunch, in this case it is kind of true. Their dining room was empty except for maybe 7-8 other groups. However, they had my wife and kids and I wait for about 12 minutes for no apparent reason. They offered no explanation though we could clearly see at least 20 tables with no patrons at them. Finally after ordering, I was brought the incorrect item and was never asked if I needed a refill. Used to be such a good place to eat, but has gone dramatically downhill.

worst service of my life. The environment was not welcoming, i went with two other friends and the waiter was so impatient and in a rush to do every thing. he charged everyones card wrong. i had a tab of 29.00 and they charged me for another friends charged her for our 3rd friend meal and charged the 3rd friend for my meal, which was the highest. So we had to wait on them to get that situated which made us late back to work because we were on break only for me to get to work and realize they charged me TWICE. WORST EXPERIENCE

Me and my husband were excited to get out of the house and have a few drinks. We decided to get some margaritas. Unfortunately when we arrived the hostess ignored us. I understand they were busy. So we just walked to the bar area. We sat down, the bartender was not very friendly but did take our drink order right away. Unfortunately the drinks were watered down. Had 1 margarita and a cape cod. Asked for the bill it was 14 dollars. I dont mind paying that much, but for subpar drinks...I dont think so.

Me and my husband tried this place and was very disappointed. The server was nice but the food was nasty,gross,disgusting. The cheese was watery and thin. The meat taste microwaved. The tortillas were cold and hard, they had a werid taste to them. I usually go to rosas cafe or on the border. I will never be back here gross... Oh and the margirita I ordered had stuff floating in it. I couldnt even taste the alcohol.. also It was NASTY IN THERE UGH. WE HAD TO LEAVE.... YUK YUK YUK YUK

The food was decent and I enjoyed the taste of my Pollo Nogales, but the rice was slightly undercooked. Real problem was the service. Either our waiter was swamped (and it wasnt very busy) or they are terribly short staffing. We waited twenty minutes at the table before our entree orders were taken and an additional 20 before the food arrived. Our appetizers only came out 8 or 9 minutes before the entrees. That said, the queso and bean dips were amazing.

We Love this place! We eat Mexican food a lot and both of us are from Texas so we know good Mexican food. Everything from the chips and salsa to the sopapia ands ice cream is delicious! The servers were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. I watched them make the chips and tortillas. I was impressed with everything. The manager was walking around to make sure everyone was satisfied.

Food was fine. Service was horrible. Morgan was my server, she was slow, forgetful, and completely overwhelmed. When I asked for a second time for a water refill she simply told me she was too busy to do it. And so went the rest of my experience with her. Ive now been waiting over 15 minutes for her to close out my check so I can leave.

Prices have gone up in the past year and service has gone down. The last couple of times we have been here the servers have forgotten to bring appetizers we ordered. Drinks dont get refilled until your plate is finished. The food is still somewhat good but the service has got to change.

Been a posados family for 15yrs. Going down hill. Mediocre service. pleasant, but inattentive. Strawberry Daquiri made with coconut rum. Beans way too smoky. Quesadilla had no flavor. And the floor of the whole restaurant was extremely sticky none of the staff seemed to mind.

Its okay. The chips were fresh and taste good. The cheese enchiladas are okay but I dont care much for the spicy chicken ones. Rice is really good. The hospitality is okay but it felt a little weird at first, maybe we were there too early... For a first time Id give it a 3.5.

The food was okay, but we were very disappointed with the margaritas. The "grande" top shelf wasnt so "grande", was way too sweet, and seemed to have little to no tequila in it. Not what I expect when I spend $12 on a margarita. We will not be making a second visit.

My girlfriend, I and a few friends usually eat here once or twice a month. The staff is always friendly. The food is usually good. We always request to sit in Carlos section. He knows us very well and only needs to check what were having that day.

We went during early dinner hour so we did not have to wait for a table. The service was great. And the food was served hot & delicious. I tried the sopopillas for the first time & they were fluffy, hot, & delicious. We will be going back!

The dishes are well-priced but the food isnt very authentic. Pretty good fajitas, but I havent found anything else on their menu I liked. The wait staff is super friendly and theres free ice cream after your meal, so its not all bad.

Had a fajita salad with only iceberg lettuce and way too much. Had about 3 beans in it, 3 pieces of red pepper, a pinch of cheese. Very disappointing at a $9.19 for a lunch salad. Plus the dead bug on the window ledge.

Love the food, especially the salsa! We did receive bad service once, but every other time the server was great - just enough conversation and attentiveness to our needs. This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant.

Had some homework to get done and the staff was very nice to me. They kept refilling my glass and seeing if I needed anything. They never acted like I was in the way and they made me as comfortable as possible.
