Im usually a fan but this location, not so much. We stood in line for 20 minutes and my husband ordered. He turned away and before even walking away told the cashier he forgot to add a coffee and she told him he would have to stand in line again. He chose not to. Once we got our food, I found a dead lafy bug in my salad. They quickly replaced my food but the manager did not come to talk to us. We asked to speak with the manager who informed me every "once in a while" they find something in their salad since its not made here. Then she left. Didnt offer to comp us a dessert, a drink, a gift card, my salad. Nothing. I was very disappointed here.

This is the worst la Madeleine I have ever been to. After almost 30 minutes of waiting on the food it arrived cold and missing items. When missing items were brought, they were cold as well. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was offerred gift cards that dont even add up to the amount that I had just spent. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The food is generally good--standard la Madeleine fate though we have occasionally noticed some inconsistency in quality (pastry crust not rolled out evenly, maybe a bit overcooked or undercooked). I have to give this location 3 stars though because it is usually pretty dirty--floors and tables are sticky and the bathrooms are icky.

the worst la Madeline I have been to in 11 years snobby little girls who overcharged and double charge when they ask to correct themselves give attitude and rudeness will not clean the tables even when they stand next to it looking at the dirty plates very racist discriminated against me and my family because we have dark skin

The worst customer service I had ever had in my life .. Workers are so rude.. I cant even believe those people can deal with normal people they suppose to deal with prisoners with this bad attitude.. If u have a baby dont even think to go to this place they almost kick us out because my baby started to cry

My wife typically likes to go to La Madeline. I have been to different locations, but this one has the best service. The Manager there is always welcoming, and he is very nice. Very impressed with the service at this location. Im not into this type of food, but i always find something that i can live with.

If I were a mystery shopper, I would give this place a very bad rating. The restroom was filthy, and the restaurant smells bad, as if it has not been cleaned well in a while. There are fingerprints so over glass doors and plastic bread bins. Certainly no attention to detail here.

Ordered the French Toast, Presentation was nice, but after waiting the food arrived COLD, also had an Orange Juice and the glass was half full, and they expected to be paid for full meal. I really have to say that there Breakfast is the WORST......

Flavorless food. Ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta....tasted like a healthy choice TV dinner. It was even microwaved to top it off. This place is good for a couple pieces of bread and jam. But Dont look to fill your stomach on yummy entrees.

This is the original style of La Madeleine- faux rustic, but real food. The blonde cashier who works the weekends has a glowing graciousness that changes the atmosphere of the longest line. Free fresh baked bread, butter, and jam! Sacré dough!

I love ordering the chicken pesto pasta. They have three types of complimentary bread but their sour dough bread with homemade blackberry jam is the best. Try the mango tea and ALL the desserts are delicious.

The food, the pastries, and the fruit tarts will always bring me back. Ive been coming here on DFW area visits since I was a child, and I still love it! They did Panera before Panera was even thought up :).
