I have never been so disrespected in my whole life! I go to this BWW at least 3 times a week, but after this expirence i will never go back. after the waitress checked my I.D twice the manager comes back to my table and says if feel the need to curse at her employees that I can call the police and you can be escorted out.??? I said" i dont know what your talking about ? but i did inform the waitress that i come here all the time and if you want to check my I.D thats fine but everyone knows me here and i didnt curse at your waitress". The waitress had taken my I.D. twice then wanted to scaned it. Everything is valid on my I.D. but she lied to her manager an said i was cursing her out, i said " if this is the way im going to be treated that im leaving" and i left. I go there all the time and have never have had a problem. i normally go during the week but it just so happens that i got off work early and went up there on a saturday. The manager on duty i have never seen before but i know that the waitress has seen me up there plenty of times. This was so ridiculous and uncalled for. The manager didnt even try to make things right she was rude. I will never return to this BWW again.

Disappointment again. Called in my order, waitress said be ready in 20 minutes. Came in and paid. Then waited 25 minutes for the order. Asked for my money back. If I want to wait 20 minutes in the building, then Id walk in and wait. Why offer take out call in if you dont start the order until you get there? My staff was disappointed, but the management staff was indifferent at best. Be sure to tell them you want your wings crispy, too. Or, youll get "mush". Dont order their sandwiches either. They dont take them serious and serve them cold. Multiple TVs are nice, but cmon, your focus needs to be the food. Four trips and three terrible experiences. REALLY?

Walked in and sat down in the bar area to grab some food, and there were 3 employees sitting down at a table across the other side of the bar and a manager who walked by who acknowledged us, yet still said nothing. We waited nearly 10 mins before anyone came to greet us. After being on her phone for nearly that entire time, the said manager or team captain waited until we got up to leave before she walked over. We have been here on many nights when coach has been here and never had this type of service. My fiance loves this place because they have her favorite wine. But on Sunday nights we wont be back because they dont take care of anyone.

We went in around 9pm, after waiting till about 10 we got up and left We waited an hour for our food as the dining room emptied, not orders coming out, people physically finishing their meals and leaving, so I know the kitchen couldnt have been backed up Idk why it always takes so long for this place to get stuff out, and when it finally does its cold and dry like its been sitting as long as I have Ill stick with good ol WingStop from now on Only waiting I ever do there is the wait time on them coming my wings, which always come piping hot and nice and saucy I think Im finally done with BWW...

Wanted some quiet time during lunchtime and decided to visit to BWW since it was right by Best Buy. MY server Jory was on point. My drinks never went empty and service was great, as good as it could get. BUT... During my food waiting a wonderful and quite Angelic woman named Destiny started chatting with me. She made my visit worthwhile for the awesome sweet personality she had. Makes me want to come back and personally ask for her as a server next time around. Highly commend those two BWW employees.

Make sure you watch your bill. You may need to ask for their specials as they are apparently not automatic. Also watch for the double charge or for random additional charges that show up later on your bill ( youre going to want to check your statement about a week later.) Management is apparently not too concerned with what is on the televisions or the condition of the restrooms. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. Service is hit-or-miss.

Been here twice in person and 2 times to go. Messed up both to go orders. In restaurant, if you sit at the bar...not in the bar area, but at the bar...attentive. In the restaurant, good luck. I waited tables and bartended for 6 years, so I have patience, but this bww is rediculous. When 2 online orders are messed up that means both cooks cant read a ticket and quality assurance doesnt check an order.

The food was typical of any BWW pretty good and tasty. But the waitress could use some improvement. Either she would check on 5 times in 2 mins, like yes Ive taken 1 bite since last time you stopped by, were all still good. Or she would disappear for 15 mins and never stop by at the time when I usually need something. It was one extreme or the other.

It was a bunch of bulls**t. Got checked up on once and that was just to get our checks. Ordered ranch for my wings, hell I even ordered extra ranch and never got one but she sure did charge me the 80 cents for it. The young lady assisting us probably thought good looks brought home the good tips but that doesnt work on a man of my stature.

Ive been a regular here for about a year. Bartenders are the best, you guys rock. Servers, guest experience captains, & management are all very friendly & attentive. Theyre always good at making sure whatever game you want to watch is on. Food has always been pretty good, & if they do something wrong theyll make it right.

Great service Great food, many TVs to watch any number of sporting events. The Captains here are awesome, very accommodating to whatever game you want to watch. Bartenders here are friendly and fast to get your drinks. Probably the best customer service Bdubs in the DFW Area. Highly recommended

Worst service EVER!!!! Sat for 10 mins before our waiter showed. Ordered drinks and appetizer. 20 mins later, got drinks, but no appetizer. Waiter was nowhere to be found!! Requested the manager. He showed only seconds after our appetizer arrived. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Open till 2? More like close when they feel like it. Dont get everything other then wings if you dont want food poisoning . You like pulled pork? Mmm fresh out a plastic tub. This place is great for wings, but dont get anything else if you want to be safe.

Worst experience ever today sitting at the bar, I understand being rowdy during the game but to keep serving a drunk guy beer thats cussing and spitting the time hes at the bar. Ridiculous. Took the fun out of the game and the experience.

The waitress we had wasnt very friendly, then forgot parts of our order. Atmosphere was good still but the alcoholic drink that was ordered did not come out right. It was okay but I dont think I would come back here again.
