My friend and I attempted to go through the drive-thru but gave up and went in after they were unresponsive for over a minute. We parked, went in and ordered two spicy tender meals. The cashier didnt give us a receipt. After about 5 minutes into waiting, the cashier came out from the back to ask us what our sides were again and we let her know. No big deal, it happens. About 10 minutes in, they put out an order for a person an order ahead of us, but they forgot the main entree for one of his meals, so he inquired about it. The employees gave him attitude, but told him theyd work on it, so he went back to his table. After he started walking back, they began mocking him and using vulgarities to talk about him loudly. After this, the customer got up and asked for his money back. The employees pretended they didnt understand English for about a minute, then switched to acting like they did not know how to process a refund. To be fair, it may have been harder since they werent giving out receipts. He eventually gets his money back and leaves. The employees continue to mock the customer that left loudly in Spanish. 15 or so minutes in, the cashier comes out and asks us what sort of tenders we ordered with attitude, as if we had messed up our orders. We let her know we ordered spicy. She goes back and we hear one of the cooks say they dont have spicy after she tells them, so we thought they were cooking more. After 20~25 minutes into waiting for a to go order patiently, we get our orders yelled out by what we ordered only. They didnt want to give us dipping sauces. Our tenders ended up being regular, not spicy, and they were extremely dry. Our rice was dry, probably because it was prepped at the time written on the container, hours prior to us receiving our food this evening. Rude, unprofessional employees aside, the food quality at this location will ensure I never return.

Food is actually not bad. The problem I have is the fact that they seem completely incapable of serving more than one person at a time. I have sat 5+ minutes just waiting in the drive thru to place an order that takes 3 tries to get correct. When I finally get to the window I wait 10+ minutes for the actual food. All this time a car in the drive thru behind me is still at the order screen. Just a thought... During dinner time, maybe plan for it to be a bit busier? P. S. I posted this review WHILE SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU. Im going on 17 minutes and they just asked me to wait around back because theyre waiting on the tenders. My food will now come out the back door where they also take out the trash.

This is by far the worst Popeyes location I have ever been to. Of the five or six times Ive been (with weeks/months in between each), the credit card system has been down twice, it once took them five minutes to even acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker, they once forgot my biscuits in a dinner combo, and the last time they had no chicken. Thats right, a fried chicken place told me that they were currently out of both mild and spicy chicken and that it would be 20 minute wait before any more would be ready. The only reason I kept going back after all this nonsense was because theres no other Popeyes in the area, but after that last time Im not sure Ill ever bother with this location again.

Worst Popeyes I have ever visited. I visit this location usually three or four times a month - for the last 15 years. Today the cashier, Marcos, could not understand my English request for a three-piece dinner. He tried to enter it twice and when I asked for my usual senior discount, he left the counter and asked a manager to help. She offered me not the usual 10 percent senior discount, but only 20 cents on an $11 order. When I protested, she offered me a quarter. It was ridiculous, considering that I have used that restaurant for so long. It was my last visit unless some considerable "customer service" action is taken from the complaint I am making to Popeyes corporate offices!

Wow, this place has hit rock bottom. A fan of Popeyes and a customer of this location since it opened but will never go back. Service and food quality both have been dropping consistently but it is now intolerable. Rude, indifferent employees, cold, shriveled, nasty chicken and a pre-disposition to cheat the customer. How does a 12 piece family dinner come with 4 desiccated wings as well as two unidentifiable mystery chunks? The fresh popcorn shrimp, says the smirking counter guy, was cold to the touch. Called out the manager who was too busy with personal phone calls to bother. Worst ever. Not again.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but the Sunday afternoon staff is always worthless. The floor mats are on the tables, the bathroom had no toilet paper, no napkins, the guy in front of me had to ask to get the honey salt and pepper which all had bins on the counter. All 3 staff members were out eating at a table while a car sat 2 minutes waiting for service. I know it was 2 minutes because there is a timer right above the drive up window. Only positive was the food was good. I dont know how the staff is during the week but been there several times on Sundays and its always bad.

Beware!!! Dont use your credit card at this store. I bought 10 piece mixed meal and 5 biscuits for $21.65 including tax and, later on my bank statement, I found that they charged me $216.50 instead. They didnt give me a credit card receipt but luckily I still have the order ticket. When I visited the store today(with a copy of the order ticket along with a copy of my bank statement) and asked them for my money back, they just said that they would look into it and that it would take a while. No apology at all!!! Ill keep post the progress, if theres any.

Not the best. It felt like they didnt have the a/c on at all indoors and the kitchen heat made it balmy. Like they didnt want people to stay to eat. (We were the only people there except for one of the employees overactive little boys who were basically unmonitored.) We were ignored for a few minutes before our order was taken and again when we had to go back for utensils. And we were the only patrons in the store. Chicken was dry and fries were not hot. Unpleasant overall.

The last FOUR times Ive placed drive-thru orders at this store NOT one time did I get my correct order! From ordering Mild chicken and receiving Spicy chicken, ordering 3 piece All White Meat and receiving 2 drumsticks and a wing! Today I ordered a 4 piece dinner mixed and opening the box there were only 3 pieces! Thank goodness Ive learned to check my order BEFORE driving all the way home!! Come on people take even a little bit of pride in your work!! MANAGER ????
