I placed an order online and it gave me a time to arrive to pick up my order. I arrived at the time and there was one lady in line before me and another gentleman there as well. The lady that was before me received her order and left. The lady behind the counter turns around and walks off. She then comes back up to the front and serves the gentleman a beer. Then turns around and starts talking to a fellow employee about a conversation that he had with their boss and the things that he should have said. While this conversation is going on the gentleman with the beer is standing at the register like its a bar, and the girl working the register began eating a taco. There were two other guys actually working in the kitchen cooking orders. They finished all of the orders and the young man that was talking to the lady at the front counter finishes preparing the last order. He then asks me if this is my order by the name of Susan. I inform him of no and he just turns around and walks back. At this point I have been there for 15 minutes with out any one that works there asking if they can help me, if they need to take my order, not a single word to me besides if I am here to pick up an order for susan.... I finally get fed up and asks if they have an order for Stephen and the lady asks "Is it an internet order?" to which I respond "yes" and the order had been sitting there ready for me since the time I walked in to the store.

After having a bad experience with a very long wait several months ago, I decided to give this Wingstop another chance. Called in two times on two occasions and they were great, and I thought maybe everything was back on track. And then I called in my order today for their .60 cent boneless wings (first mistake as traditional is way better). The fries were cold and didnt really have much seasoning on them. And the original hot wings I ordered were instead replaced with lemon pepper which was extremely salty. Not gonna bother calling them to complain, because Im sire it makes no difference to them or else theyd be on point all the time. Wings are one of my favorite foods, and Wingstop is one of my favorite chains. This Wingstop used to be wonderful years back when it first opened, but now its just entirely too hit or miss to really gamble money on. Especially since their prices seem to have gone way up. May have to resort to the one in New Braunfels. Really disappointing since I dont like to be constantly negative about Seguin, but this place definitely seems to suffer from the lack of enthusiasm and pride in work that a lot of people talk about when they talk about Seguin customer service.

Terrible customer service and playing inappropriate music loudly. When asked for a refund after waiting 45-an hour the manager was unprofessional and said he couldnt just give us the refund. Didnt look like they had even started working on our order... When we asked the manager his name he quickly opened the register and gave us $20 (couple dollars short of our order price). There was a group of six with children that had ordered 20 minutes after us and they received their large order before us. Went to Great Wall Chinese and had no issues.

The service at this location is terrible. Worst ever. Wings dont have enough sauce. Another major problem is they wont answer the phone to take phone orders. Example: I was waiting for my food and heard the phone ringing. The manager told the workers not to answer any more phone calls. It was 7pm. They werent busy. Dont know what that was about but if a phone rings, answer it! Also they play inappropriate music loudly. No need for that.

The service is good they are not meant to be very friendly place that is not what wing places are suppose to be like. This is a place were you go eat and get out. I honestly think the best thing to do is to call in and pick up since there is not much to entertain yourself at a wingstop and wings can take a while. Some of the feedback people give places and you cannot judge the whole place based on some employees.

Really bad customer service. We got here and they said they were packed and there was only 1 customer eating inside the place. The African American Girl up front kept telling all the customers there was a 30-45 min wait for no reason. Every time a customer got here she shook her said. You can tell big time she didnt want to work. In less than 1 hour this place lost a lot of money. Last time Im coming here.

Good food. Rude service. Put me on hold for 2 minutes, which was no problem. They never picked the phone back up and just hung it up. I called back and said "I just called but you hung up on me." She laughed and gave no apology. As a side note this isnt the first time I have had to deal with someone rude there. I guess the management doesnt care as long as the money keeps coming in.

I once ordered online and when i walked in to pick up my order , there "wasnt an order put in for that name ". I decided to give them a second chance today but I was put on hold for over 5 min. Gave up and tried calling again and nobody answers . Rude . Rude. Rude. I would give no stars if i could.

Torn between the good & the bad, GOOD WINGS- Bad Customer Service. I get the guys making the wings not needing to be friendly but can I get a "hello/Welcome" besides a blank stare and a crappy how can I help you... still ganna get my wing fix- just rather put order via phone and pick up!!

Id give them no stars if I could. If they would ever answer their phone, they might get my business. I love their wings, but Seguin customer service just plain sucks. Ill get my Wingstop fix from out of town.

I like their wings and service is usually good but yesterday they were out of all sides except beans. Many people turned away because of this. Totally unacceptable for management to allow this to happen.

Tried callin in an order 3 times and no answer. Drove over there and walked in to an empty building and all the employees sitting around on buckets in the back. Horrible service, food was good though

walked in the door and the greeting we received was, "I should tell you first there is a 45 minute wait"! No smile no Hello, No welcome! Geez I like Wingstop just not the one in Seguin. :(

Ordering online isnt even worth it, they dont even start your order until you arrive making you wait an extra 45 mins for your order. Food is okay but service was terrible
