Ive sat down to eat at the north location & was pretty happy with it. The south location kills it because they do delivery (!!!) which makes me happy because I work south & often have to eat at the desk. This was my third time ordering & had a feeling it would probably take longer due to SX traffic. It came SO FAST & the broth was still piping hot when I got it! I ate it so fast, it was that delicious! Their delivery drivers are always really nice too! Highly recommended!

I leave this feedback in hopes that its used to help improve the experience for this location. I really like the location and the staff was very courteous. However, there is something wrong with the process. The food was not tasty at all. There was no authentic flavor. My order was wrong as it was missing a side dish. I was not charged for it. I would say thats a number one objective of a takeout place; that is to get the order right.

I ordered here for the first time and I have say to I had high expectations. I was slightly disappointed the food or the most part was great but the noodles were a little overcooked and he broth even though I ordered normal was a bit on the thicker side, so if you want more of a normal consistency I would recommend getting the thinner option. Everything else was great and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Fantastic ramen, to-go. Most ramen restaurants will not offer to-go orders, as they claim their ramen is best consumed immediately upon serving. Michi Ramen on South Lamar provides the broth and noodles in separate containers, so that you can combine just before consumption. The broth was delicious and complex. I look forward to more take-out. I only wish they were open Mondays.

These guys lost a lot of business today . They took close to an hour for each persons small orders and all you could hear were the staff messing around in the back and laughing . I could probably tell you all their weekend plans from sitting in there so long . Everyone that walked out was pissed. Foods good . Service was awful . Get it together guys .

LOVE MICHI RAMEN. they are to go only at the south location but they are so fast and theyre open till midnight!! if you call in advance or if you just happen to be in that plaza and order. No longer than 15 min for walk ins. Delivery times take a little bit but it is a small delivery staff so just really call in advance if youre wanting it delivered.

Employees are very rude, and I would actually rate it a zero. I called the manager asking him to consider there contract with favor because they cant order online . If they had any common sense they would know that. I will never eat or order there ever again.

Michi used to be the best ramen in town, but unfortunately they have changed their methods recently. Substituting chashu with cubed pork chops alone would might have been forgivable but the broth is especially tasteless now as well. Disappointing.

This place really varies by the day. Today my order contained cubed pork instead of chashu, the ajitama egg was hard boiled, and the noodles clumped together really bad. Ive had really great bowls of Ramen here but Ive also had really terrible.

The quality seems to have changed a bit. A while ago, Id have given five stars. But the staff are always top notch. Food is delicious. The website has gotten tons better. Not the best Ramen in Austin but close enough and more accessible.
