It was okay. Im not a fan of buffets for the simple fact people cant seem to make their children behave. They let them run loose and touch food and I find that disgusting. I went here for my husband and because I love him. While the food was good, I still had reservations because kids were running around and touching the food. The was a child sticking their hands in the egg rolls. Another spit near the dessert area. I was grossed out. I told my husband I would not recommend getting ice cream or anything else in that area. I also refused to eat another egg roll even though they tasted good. I was hesitant to eat anything to be honest after what I witnessed. The place is crowded. Didnt really appreciate who was seated near us. One lady was dropping the f bomb non-stop and another was coughing without covering her mouth. Those are reasons I dont really eat buffets because people who do stuff like that. I dont want them near my food and I dont want to get sick. Im giving a 3 stars because it was okay food. However, I wont go back because people need to either have manners or dont go out at all. Get a handle on your children as well.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first visited Grand Buffet. It was very busy and food was fresh. Not expecting a lot from a buffet in a small town like Sequin I was rather impressed. It was actually better than many of the buffets in San Antonio, and was good enough that I eventually came back for a second visit one evening while wanting to eat somewhere different. The selection on the buffet is very good, many of the items were really good, a step above many other buffets Ive been to. The items were all hot and fresh because traffic here on a weekend night is pretty good. Wait service to my table was good, plates were cleared fast, drinks were refilled before empty. I was overall happy with my first and second visit, and consider the place an option when in the area. Its actually one of my favorite places to eat in Seguin.

They dont have the biggest variety Ive ever seen, but they do have all the usual plus Mongolian BBQ and soft-serve ice cream. (I didnt see the sushi.) They also had 2-3 different kinds of shrimp, which you dont always see for lunch. (I dont know whether thats standard, since Im visiting on a Friday in Lent.) What I had, around 12:30, seemed plenty warm and fresh.

For lots of choices and sushi thats really great for seguin (the chef will make whatever roll you want by request for free) its awesome! guys...come on...its seguin not a 4 star resort the best food in this town is fast food. This place is amazing compared to the other choices in town!

We were very pleased with the excellent food that this Asian restaurant served. They had a Mongolian grill option which was very fresh and convenient, as well as fresh rolled sushi. The dessert options were also very plentiful! They even had an ice cream machine!

Not bad, any buffet is better on a busy night. Liked the seafood and the mongolian grill was cooked just right. The hot and sour soup was good too, not too thick. The desserts were good, with an ice cream machine, apple turnover and lots of other choices.

Arrived right at opening Mothers Day. Found averything I tried to be cold. Left me wondering if we started with leftovers! The peel and eat shrimp was mushy not firm and the normal buffet fate to be below other restaurants.

Went for lunch while passing through. Food is fresh and good with a large variety. While not a lot of different types their sushi is fresh and very good which is rare. Glad I stopped here, its work a try for anyone.

I have eaten at this restraunt only twice and will never again dine here. I have been disappointed by the filthiness and the flies. Not to mentioned that a friend became very sick after eating here as well.

Forva small town like Seguin, this Chinese buffet restaurant is not bad. It has the typical dishes, Mongolian grill, small sushi bar and some deserts. The restaurant itself is ok and so is the service.

Everything was great the only thing in my opinion that need to be improved on are the hot&sour soup and the beef and broccoli ,but other than that i feel like i can recommend anyone here

Standard Chinese buffet selection and quality--good by Comparison in Seguin. Tip: skip the buffet and head for the Mongolian grill and sushi at back of the restaurant--good stuff!

They seem to have put the other buffet place out of business and then raised their prices. And even though their door says they close at 9:30pm, they are closed around 9.

Fried food and grease. Plates are now $12.00. Senior discount is 10% at certain times of day. Not going back at that price.
